Our holiday home is located in the green lungs of Berlin, in the district of Köpenick, Rahnsdorf, between the Dämeritzsee and the large Müggelsee, the most wooded and watery area of the city, in the middle of the gem "Neu Venedig".
The house is located on a 1000 m² large property, which is completely at your disposal with a living room with pull-out couch, 1 bedroom with 2 beds that can be pushed together, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 outside there is a covered terrace, a covered barbecue area and a parking space on the property and a seating area by the pond are also available for you.

Our holiday home is located in the district of Rahnsdorf, between the Dämeritzsee and the large Müggelsee in the middle of the jewel "Neu Venedig", Berlin's most beautiful recreational area.
The R1 European cycle path runs directly past the property.
Paddle and motor boat rentals, as well as bathing possibilities are in the immediate vicinity (lido Müggelsee 10 min.)
You can go on long cycling tours as well as long boat trips.
Despite the holiday location, the holiday home is very conveniently situated for tourists to Berlin.
In the immediate vicinity you will find several shops and the S-Bahn station Wilhelmshagen is 5 minutes by car, to the bus 3 minutes walk. The S-Bahn runs every 10 minutes and brings you in 30 minutes to the city of Berlin' the proximity to the motorway A10 are also destinations such as the Spreewald (45 min), the spa Bad Saarow (20 min) or the Tropic Island (50 min) easy to reach.

Berlin' holiday home you are in 5 minutes on foot at the Spree and in 10 minutes at the Mü near district Friedrichshagen ,with its historical and listed Bölschestraße reached by bike along the Müggelsee's or with the street is one of the oldest Berlin's and ends directly at the Müggelsee.
It has numerous restaurants and shops, a nostalgic cinema and, at the end, the steamboat landing stage and the old town of Köpenick, where the "Captain of Köpenick" used to work his mischief in the town hall, is also nearby.

The house can be rented all year round and has a modern air conditioning system including heating.
The minimum stay is 3 days. The price of €100.00 per night applies for up to 2 people. Each additional person costs 10 euros per night.
Unfortunately, we are required to charge a bed tax of 7.5% for all tenants and pay it to the State of Berlin. We are also happy to rent the house for longer periods/monthly, e.g. to companies. Please inquire separately about the price in this case.

Beautiful holiday home!
We spent a few wonderful days in idyllic New Venice. The holiday cottage with the large garden was particularly cosy. The friendly landlord Mr Müller was already waiting to welcome us. He gave us many good tips for exploring the surroundings.
The cottage is small but nice. Everything you need is there and it is very clean! The special highlight is, of course, the beautifully landscaped garden, which is completely at your disposal. You feel undisturbed and can fully enjoy the peace and quiet. Even our dog felt very comfortable in this green oasis. It's a place you love to return to after a busy day. The area is a dream, surrounded by idyllic canals.
We arrived without a car. It is more difficult to reach all destinations by public transport, but it is feasible as the bus is not far away.
All in all, it was a very relaxing, relaxing few days with wonderful accommodation. We will gladly come back!

Beautiful holiday home with lots of nature in a quiet and secluded location
We felt very comfortable because we could enjoy the peace and quiet of a beautiful garden property completely undisturbed and to ourselves.
Ideally suited for cycling tours, which start right at the garden gate and take you around the entire Müggelsee, the Berlin hinterland or to historic Köpenick, etc., combined with boat tours on whose landing stages you often come across. Nevertheless, you can also get to the centre of Berlin very quickly and comfortably from here: by car it takes 10 minutes to Erkner station, with a large free car park, where you can reach Zoo station every hour by regional express train without changing trains in 40 minutes, faster than by S-Bahn and car. For us, a very nice and versatile holiday home that we can only recommend.

Vacation in the holiday home Berlin.
We spent a few nice days in the house. The equipment is more than sufficient and the location is nice and quiet. However, everything is available in the immediate vicinity. The house itself was clean and the landlords were accommodating and very nice. We would love to come back sometime.
