Comfortably furnished 4-star holiday home. Quiet peripheral location in the Cuxland holiday park on the North Sea coast in Dorum-Neufeld. The garden with sun terrace is not visible and is bordered by the river "Dorumer Wasserlöse". It is only 300 metres to the green beach, outdoor wave pool, children's playhouse and cutter harbour.
Non-smokers and no pets allowed! Maximum occupancy with 4 persons.
- On the ground floor there is a bedroom with double bed, the shower room, the kitchen and the living/dining room with fireplace and free SKY-TV.
- On the upper floor there is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 leisure/rest room with TV and sofa bed and an additional WC.
- All bedrooms can be darkened with blinds.
- A cot and high chair are available.
- The kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, egg boiler, toaster.
- In addition to modern living room equipment, there is a wood-burning stove and an LCD TV with cable and Sky connection.

The wave pool as well as the children's playhouse are located directly on the green beach in the immediate vicinity of the romantic Kutterhafen and the Obereversand lighthouse with a long pier. Dorum-Neufeld offers a wide range of sports and leisure activities such as tennis, mini-golf, bowling, sauna, cycling, mudflat walks, swimming, surfing, etc. The central location halfway between the seaside towns of Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven makes for interesting excursions with a wide range of maritime activities.

Relaxing holiday-beautiful house-maintained garden
We found a cosy, well-kept, clean and lovingly furnished holiday home. Nothing was missing. The bathroom and bedroom could be a bit bigger, but that's just the way it is. With time you get used to it. The dining area with the living room is ideal. And the view through the windows onto the covered terrace and the well-kept garden is a dream. The weather was so good during the first week that we were able to sit outside by the open fireplace until late in the evening. The peace and quiet is heavenly and we always waited longingly for the quacking of the ducks in the adjacent small river. Pure nature. Simply relaxing and perfect. We will gladly come back again. The arrival and handing over of the keys by H. Klünder also worked out very well. Thank you

Very beautiful vacation home in a prime location.
The holiday home is very nice, well equipped, and perfect for a relaxing vacation. Even if the weather is not great, the house offers plenty of space for playing. The beautiful garden also invites relaxation and play.
The only challenge with small children is the size of the shower room, but it can be managed!
We felt very comfortable!

Urlaub mit Freunden
From the friendly welcome to the smooth check-out, everything worked out great! The cleanliness of the house and the well-maintained garden deserve 5 stars. We found the overly equipped kitchen a bit confusing. We had to make space to store our groceries. Unpleasant for those sleeping upstairs were the rubber pads on the single beds. For hygiene reasons, that probably cannot be changed. We will recommend your house with a clear conscience! ! !

Relaxing holidays at the Wadden Sea
We were 4 adults who met during a trip to the North and Baltic Sea in 2012. This holiday home has a great location in the holiday park, very idyllic and quiet. You could sometimes only hear the ducks and pigeons. Nevertheless, it is only a few hundred meters to the beach, good restaurants, and shopping opportunities. However, the house is very noisy, meaning that the residents must get along well in order to not get on each other's nerves too much. We were not entirely satisfied with the cleanliness, neither in the rooms nor in the kitchen. More time should be allocated for the final cleaning between the rapidly successive rentals. After all, one has to pay for it properly. Conclusion: The house is especially suitable for families with children and for good friends. Dorum-Neufeld surprised us overall with its extensive children's offerings. We definitely plan to come back.
