The independent holiday flat with terrace and separate entrance is a good 60m² on two floors and designed for 4 people. On the ground floor there is a living area with a wood-burning stove, as well as your kitchen and the dining area. Upstairs is the bathroom with large shower, a cosy sitting area with pull-out sofa, a large bed and plenty of space for the children to play.

The "leKarl" is located a few hundred metres outside the centre of the village on üdM and faces south.
The panoramic view over the volcanic cones of the Velay, the so-called Sucs, is fantastic.

The road leading to us ends shortly behind our house. There is no through traffic. Your relaxation and the safety of playing children is therefore ideally guaranteed.
Below the house are extensive meadows, behind which rises the Suc de Raucoule, which is suitable as a vantage point in summer and keeps out the cold storms from the north in winter. The commune of Queyrières is made up of various small hamlets with a combined population of just over 320, spread over an area of just under 14km² in what was once a huge volcanic funnel, offering wonderful views of the Velay valley. Due to its exposed location at an altitude of about, the climate is still pleasant even in hot summers. Winters are frosty but not extremely cold and allow for various winter sports activities such as: Tobogganing, cross-country skiing and snowshoe hikes directly on site or in the mountains of the Meygal.
The cultural offer of this small municipality is very remarkable all year round and offers a lot of variety for adults as well as for children.
