In the quiet district 'Les Ayguades' halfway between Gruissan and Narbonne-Plage is the beautiful settlement 'Les Lagunes du Soleil' (built in 1997) with pool (in summer) right on the lagoon. Holiday house in sunny location. Nice and functional furnished with beautifully planted, small garden and a large terrace area. Living / dining area, kitchenette, washing machine and bathroom on the ground floor.

Upstairs there is the first bedroom with double bed (140 x200 cm), wardrobe and a second room with 2 beds (90x200) and bedside table

Year of construction: 1995, 2012 completely renovated. From March 2013 equipped with dishwasher. New with internet
