Description
Our cottage is located in a well maintained holiday complex a short distance from the extensive sandy beaches of the Mediterranean. The house has a double bedroom and a mezzanine with two more beds. In the living room there is a sofa, which could also be used as a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge / freezer and 4 ring electric hob.
In about 30 meters away is the facility's swimming pool that is exclusively for tenants and owners of the resort are available.
A private parking space in front of the house is also one of the features of your vacation property as a beautiful terrace with barbecue and an adjoining small tree and shrub vegetation plant site. The access road to the plant site is also reserved for the tenants and owners.

Location and surroundings of object
Gruissan is an old fishing and wine village that with its narrow streets to walk is ideal. Small restaurants in the old town and the harbor invite you to linger. The weekly market offers an opportunity to look at local products and taste.
Interesting are the salt flats and nearby the extensive reed areas where, if you're lucky, swarms flamingos can be spotted. The resort is located between the towns of Gruissan and Narbonne-Plage at the foot of protected natural Massif de la Clape. The long sandy beaches are ideal for long beach walks.

Fantastic !!!!
This year we went on vacation to this holiday house with our 5 children. It was a dream. The location and surroundings are fantastic. Everything you need is nearby. It only took us 10 minutes to walk to the beach with the children. The house is beautifully furnished and has everything you need. You can also sit outside on the terrace in the evening and enjoy the peace. All in all, we were and still are completely thrilled by the house, the surroundings, and the great location. We would recommend it at any time and it's also great to go on holiday with children.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Die Umgebung ist traumhaft und abwechslungsreich.Bis zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten.Die Felsen,Bäume die gesamte Landschaft ist zum verlieben.
free time activities: Freizeitmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden.Vom Jetski fahren,über Sehenswürdigkeiten besichtigen bishin zu Fahrradtouren-alles ist vorhanden.Kein Wunsch bleibt offen.
shopping facilities: In der Anlage selber befindet sich alles was man auf die schnelle brauch.Bäcker,kleiner Supermarkt,Eisladen,Zeitungsladen..... Wenn man mit dem Auto in den kleinen Ort Gruissan hineinfährt,kann man auch sehr günstig im Lidl einkaufen gehen.
