Description
The holiday home was built directly on the cliff edge of a former quarry. It is situated in an absolutely secluded location on a plateau, which is approx. 30 m above the lower levels. However, the centre of Schwarzenberg is still only about 5 to 10 minutes away on foot. Once you arrive at the holiday home, you will experience the interplay between modern elements and the cosiness of a wooden house.
It is equipped for 2+2 persons (1 double bed, 2 single beds) and offers you a living space of approx. 80 sqm. There are two bedrooms in the attic, one of which is more suitable for children due to its lower room height. In addition, this room can only be reached via the parents' or adults' bedroom. A baby cot can be provided on request. The living room is equipped with a small but practical kitchen, a tiled stove, as well as an open fireplace operated with bio-ethanol. This, as well as all other rooms, can also be heated electrically. The adjoining conservatory provides access to our panoramic terrace of approx. 45 sqm with fully glazed railing. From here you have a great view of the lower situated property and the bordering landscape. For extended barbecue evenings, an outdoor barbecue is available in the immediate vicinity of the terrace. You can reach the glazed pool house comfortably via an intermediate passageway from the conservatory. The pool house has a 2m x 2m whirlpool that is heated all year round. This can be heated independently up to 40 degrees. In the outdoor area, approx. 20m above the holiday home is our outdoor pool. It is 3m x 6m and covered. Depending on the weather, the pool can also be opened. However, this pool is only in operation from May to October.
Our holiday home is located directly at a 200 m long toboggan slope. This is partly quite steep and offers a lot of fun for children in winter, but also for adults. Provided there is enough snow, this slope is also used by local families. If required, we can provide you with a sledge free of charge.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home, which we built with great attention to detail and absolute handicraft, is located in Schwarzenberg, the "Pearl of the Ore Mountains". The cottage is located at the highest point, on a plateau of a disused quarry with a gigantic view of the surrounding valleys and villages. From spring to autumn it is accessible via a narrow serpentine road. There is a parking space next to the house. In winter and when it is slippery, our holiday home can only be reached on foot for safety reasons. Shopping for your daily needs is possible in the immediate vicinity, approx. 100m opposite, in the department store. (baker, butcher, beverages) Other shopping centres are about 1km away.
The parking place in winter is in front of the lower situated business building, approx. 150m away from the holiday home.
There is a toboggan slope right next to the holiday home. A sledge can be provided. For skiing enthusiasts there is a small ski lift in Bermsgrün, about 1km away. The skiing area Oberwiesenthal is about 25 km away.
There is an indoor swimming pool in Schwarzenberg. In Eibenstock, about 15 km away, there is also an adventure pool with saunas from all over the world. Do you enjoy hiking in a varied low mountain range landscape?

Electricity bill according to meter reading (0,35€ per Kwh) The costs for the maintenance of the house of 60,00€ will be added to the first night. especially for electricity savers ;-)!!! We are also happy to provide split wood for the tiled stove. 20 kg for 7,50 Euro. Cancellation terms:
According to the General Travel Conditions ARB 1992, the following cancellation fees apply: - Those who cancel up to 30 days before the date of travel pay 10 percent of the total price. - Those who cancel between the 29th and 20th day pay 25 percent. - Between the 19th and 10th day: 50 percent. - Between the 9th and 4th day: 65 percent. - From the third day before the start of the trip: 85 percent. In case of no-show, 100 percent is charged. Cancellations are only valid with my confirmation.

A 10-hole miniature golf course (each hole 0.75m x 3.00m) is available for your exclusive use directly on the property. This is subject to a fee and can be booked on arrival. Clubs and balls are available on a deposit basis.

Quiet Beautiful holiday
Thank you for the relaxing time in your house.Wonderful terrace with a great view.Great outdoor pool,with or without a roof,so you can also use it in bad weather.And in the evenings,after a cosy barbecue evening,still in the whirlpool or infrared cabin.Super nice view from the whirlpool?The landlord was very friendly and was always there when there was a problem.
A small change suggestion from me, because the house is on the mountain and there is often more wind than in the village, a roof or a parasol for the table area would be nice, because now and then something falls from the beautiful oak tree on the table.
We will definitely come back to your great accommodation

Very nice holiday home
It was a very nice holiday, even if it rained almost all the time, we were out and about a lot and made ourselves comfortable in the evenings as the house is also equipped for bad days with a whirlpool and infrared sauna and when the sun was shining ☀ we went to the outdoor pool. Thank you very much Beyreuther family

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
I spent a great Pentecost weekend here. The view from the terrace and the pool is beautiful. The children had a lot of fun in the pool located above on the property. Overall, I can only say…highly recommended!!!!!

Better than in the photos, enough space in a dreamlike location.
We spent our first holiday with baby here. The house has a great location to look at Schwarzenberg by day and night. The cottage is an optimal size, it is equipped with everything for daily needs. It has an outdoor pool, whirlpool, wood fireplace, large terrace with a view of the valley, secluded location, parking in front of the house. Simply fantastic - what more could you want. We can only recommend it!

Expectations fully met
In search of a relaxed place near our residence, the online presentation sparked our enthusiasm, which was greatly surpassed on-site. Cozy furnished, bright, peaceful, with a touch of luxury and wellness. Unfortunately, our vacation days turned out to be a total washout, but we still made the best of it. The hot tub and tile stove added to the experience. However, we would have wished that an additional large towel per person had been available (showering before using the whirlpool and thus drying off twice, as well as placing 1 towel each on the floor and seat in the infrared sauna and finally showering. . . ). Otherwise, TOP:)

Für unsere Gäste stellen wir 1 Handtuch und ein Badetuch zur Verfügung. Wir werden ab sofort ein weiteres Handtuch für den Saunaboden bereit legen.
Handtücher für den Aussen- und Innenpool, sowie für die Sauna sind bitte weiterhin mitzubringen.
