House with Large Garden in Civil style in Great Location
Our house with its big garden has its own charm and became renovated recently. It offers you all the comfort you do not want to miss.
The ground floor measures 105 m² and has one big and one small bed room, each furnished with a double bed.
The classically designed living room with its bay window is the highlight of our house. Due to the “old” window blinds which are not only to be pulled down but also to open it is easy to keep the living room cool in summer.
Fast Wi-Fi connection and digital satellite receiver with more than 250 channels help you to stay up to date.
At your request we can provide a baby bed in the master bedroom.
If you wish to take the house with 5 or 6 people, we will also open the 25 m² large attic room where you can enjoy a 2x2 m large double bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people: Fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, water boiler, a cooker with 4 cooking places and oven, sink, a lot of working space, dish washer, washing machine and a corner bench for 6 people are making you feel at home.
The bath room provides a wash basin, mirrored bathroom cabinet, hair dryer as well as an extra-large 100x100 cm ground-leved shower with massage attachments and extractor.
The separate toilet and the big corridor are also on the ground floor.
The big garden and the big terrace are equipped with (garden) furniture and invite you to relax. The car space is located within the property and is therefore safe and for free.
