Our two holiday apartments, located directly next to each other (this is the 60 m² apartment), are situated on a quiet side street off the boulevard Andrássy út next to two foreign embassies.
The apartment is on the slightly elevated ground floor and features a kitchen, a bathroom, and a living-dining room. On a gallery (ceiling height 5.8 meters), which can be reached by a comfortable staircase, there is the sleeping area with two beds and another bathroom with a sink and toilet. The over 1 m thick walls provide a pleasant indoor climate even in summer, but an air conditioner is also available to guests. The apartment is ideal for two travelers, but if needed, the sofa below can provide space for a third person or for two smaller children. If you come by car, you will find a parking garage 250 m from us. Daily fee about €22. You can also park on the street, but it costs 600 Ft per hour from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (1.70 Euro). On holidays and Saturdays and Sundays you can park on the street free of charge.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove with four ceramic hobs, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and kitchen utensils.
The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin, second bathroom on the gallery with washbasin and toilet.
Each guest receives three towels in three different sizes. SERVICE: bed linen (already made up), three towels per person, washing machine, iron and ironing board are available in the anteroom, free fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning
