The flat is located in a former farmhouse. On the ground floor there is a living room with sofa corner and TV and a seating area with plenty of space, the fully equipped kitchen (electric cooker with ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, freezer) with dining area and a guest toilet. On the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms with 2 beds each. In addition, 3 children's travel beds are available. There is also a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Location and surroundings of object

The flat is located in the building of a former farm. It has a large garden with playground equipment. On the farm there are still some chickens (fresh eggs!) and ponies - for an extra charge there is the possibility to learn how to handle and ride horses. The farm is situated on a side road with little traffic noise and plenty of opportunity for cycling - bicycles are available free of charge. The farming community of Wittenriede belongs to the municipality of Edewecht and is located on the edge of the "Fintlandsmoor" nature reserve.
