I offer a cosy, well-maintained and newly furnished, approx. 55m² holiday flat for 2 people in Westerstede-Ocholt. The flat is on the first floor of a residential and commercial building. The shop is a ladies', men's and alteration tailor shop that is only open in the mornings. The flat, which was newly built at the end of 2011, consists of a spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub, a kitchen with built-in counter and all appliances for daily use including a dishwasher, a bedroom with a double bed (2m x 2m) and a cosy living room. In addition, the flat has a south-facing balcony with access from both the living room and the bedroom. The kitchen, bedroom and living room have PVC flooring and the hallway is carpeted. All windows are equipped with roller shutters. A parking space for the car is in the yard.

The apartment is located in the center at the end of a cul de sac to the station / grocery store is 500 m. Ocholt located in the heart of the country near the county seat bunting Westerstede about 8 km and the spa town of Bad Zwischenahn about 9 km. From here you have the possibility to numerous signposted cycling as the Moor, Rhododendron, mills, water and the 160-km-long land route so the bunting bunting country, the nearby East Frisia and Saterland to explore.
