Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in a well maintained gated residence. A Concièrge is always present in the settlement. In just 7 minutes on a dirt road to get to the kilometer-long broad sandy beach. There are shops and restaurants in the vicinity. In the area is the community pool, the only holiday residences are allowed to use. In 5 minutes you are by car in Städtli Valras. In high season a "Petit Train" all day until midnight goes to the center and back. Walking along one reaches the Städtli eg the sea in about 40 minutes.

Wonderful vacation in great accommodation
We spent a wonderful vacation here as a family with a child.
The accommodation pleased us very much - clean, very well thought out, appealing, and lovingly furnished, with everything on site including a grill & washing machine, etc., that one can use in everyday vacation life.
The sea is not far from the house, and there is a communal pool in the complex on site. The area offers many excursion destinations for a varied time. The contact with the landlord was very friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back :-)
