We welcome you to our beautiful holiday flat in Waren an der Müritz, where you can enjoy your holiday or just a few relaxing days in our lovingly furnished, family-friendly, warm and luxurious accommodation.
Each room offers you a home for beautiful holidays at any time of the year - alone, as a couple or with family and friends.
Enjoy breakfast on the large furnished terrace in fine weather, or a glass of wine or beer in the evening over the barbecue.
Our holiday flat has 2 bedrooms for 2 persons each(double bed=1,80x200m)and a third bedroom for 4 persons(double bed=1,80x2,00m)+a leather corner couch (pull-out as extra bed)
(+1 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub/shower, large fitted kitchen with dishwasher and free-standing kitchen to the living/dining area with marble top + bar stools, where you can relax, as well as large dining table in the dining area with view to the terrace + flat screen TV.
Furthermore, our very cosy "reading-playroom" with pull-out corner couch and bookshelf, from which you can comfortably set up your own reading room, which is very important if you are travelling with several couples, which is also rather rare in the region in a holiday flat.

A leisurely walk along the Müritz river takes you to the centre with its many leisure facilities.
Due to the very well-developed cycle paths, cycling enthusiasts will get their money's worth when they set off from the holiday flat in various directions to explore the wonderful region.

It is also called "Little Sea", which comes from the Slavic word for "Müritz":
Along small cobblestone streets, past many different half-timbered houses, galleries and shops, you will eventually reach the actual centre of Waren, namely the harbour with a somewhat Italian ambience.
The many restaurants, shops and cafés invite you to stroll along the harbour promenade, smell the smoked fish, listen to soft music in the distance, enjoy the view of the water or watch the boats, take an unforgettable steamboat tour with coffee and visit the historic old town with its historical buildings, where markets and events take place regularly.
When visiting St. Mary's Church, you should definitely climb the tower, which offers an unforgettable panorama over the restored town hall and the new town harbour with its renovated warehouse, where many guests enjoy life in and on the water.
Just a few minutes' walk away is the Mü Nature Experience Centre, home to Germany's largest freshwater aquarium.
Today, the town of Waren is a recognised spa with its own thermal brine and spa centre.

We were able to enjoy the holiday.
We stayed in Waren Müritz for 10 days this year and booked this vacation rental. There were 4 adults and 1 child in our group. The vacation rental is optimal. Not too big and not too small. It's comfortable for everyone to sit together. At the same time, you can also have your own space due to the layout of the vacation rental.
We also enjoyed using the great outdoor terrace, which is perfect for grilling.
The price/quality ratio is completely fine. The center of Waren is easily reachable on foot to end the evening at the harbor of Waren. Just two minutes' walk to the forest pool. This makes it quickly accessible on hot days and provides a fast and free way to cool off, as entry is free. We will gladly come back. Best regards.

Weihnachten in Waren
modern vacation home with plenty of space. Equipment is sufficient for Christmas dinner, optimal for two couples. The Müritz lake is just around the corner. Center easily accessible. Wi-Fi would be good. Contact with the owner is excellent.

Great vacation rental, very charming decor, superb landlord + cleanliness exactly as described.
I was here for the first time with my family. My sister has her shop in Waren, EVJ Mode & Wohndesign. The landlord helped me surprise my sister, we found that very nice.

I made an inquiry about a holiday home on 24.02.2014 and have not received any response or information up to today.

Great large apartment, with high quality standards
We spent 7 days in July in the very nicely equipped apartment with high comfort, the proximity to the beach and the harbor center were very ideal for us, also the very nice manner of the landlords pleased us very much, we say thank you and have booked again next year. Thank you for the relaxing time.
