Description
All accommodations offer radio, SAT-TV, outdoor seating, WLAN, parking (for a fee). A bathing facility at our jetty can be used. You can also rent boats from us. Bed linen and towels are provided for each accommodation for a fee. Coffee maker and toaster are part of the equipment. The accommodations are available on the day of arrival from o'clock, on the day of departure until o'clock.

Location and surroundings of object
Our garden plot, on which our detached house and holiday accommodation are also located, lies somewhat separately directly on one of the 7 Lychen lakes. This is the Oberpfuhl and not, as would be inferred from the street name, the Zenssee. Together with the Platkowsee, they form a contiguous body of water about 10 km long. All three lakes are mostly surrounded by forests and are closed to motorboats. This means that nature can still be experienced here in peace and quiet. Shops, restaurants, cinemas etc. are only a few minutes away.

Cancellation terms:
If the guest cancels the booking after it has been made, and the accommodation cannot be rented out by the landlord to someone else, the tenant is obligated to pay damages amounting to 50% (if cancellation occurs up to 21 days before arrival) or 80% (if cancellation occurs 20 days or less before arrival) of the rental price for the time the property remains unrented. The reasons for cancellation are irrelevant. Therefore, it is recommended to purchase travel insurance. The landlord is obliged to try to re-rent the accommodation whenever possible to avoid losses. Any advance payments made will be offset against the cancellation charges, any resulting balance will be refunded, or additional charges recalculated.
