Beautiful
The house is great, even though it is a bit aged, it has its charm.
Nothing is missing, everything is there, the garden is wonderful.
Beaches in close proximity, would rent it again.

beautiful holiday home very close to the beach - great holiday
We had a great holiday in Corsica.
Holiday home:
The house and the garden are very well maintained and lovingly furnished. You can tell that the owners are on holiday here themselves and it is not comparable to a standard flat in a holiday complex.
The equipment is great... Dishwasher, washing machine and all kinds of small kitchen appliances are available.
You can sit comfortably at all times of the day on the terraces behind or in front of the house.
Location:
The house is in principle in the second row to the beach. But since the houses are staggered, you don't get that impression. You walk out of the garden gate, halfway around the house and you are already on the footpath to the beach.
Because of the bays, there are different sections of the beach and we tried out several. In the main season, some of them are quite crowded, but if you like it quieter, just walk south for 5 minutes and you will come to a very long stretch of beach that is always empty because there is no development (houses/holiday homes/hotels) there.
The village of Marine de Bravone is small, but there are enough places to eat on foot. We needed a car for shopping (there is only one small shop in the village), but the supermarkets a few minutes away are big and you can get everything.
Surroundings:
We went inland a few times and had fun at the climbing park or (even better) went rafting. We also enjoyed sightseeing in the towns in the north and south.

Beautiful garden with direct proximity to the beach
The garden is beautifully landscaped and not visible. There is a large terrace with a barbecue oven and another covered terrace that can be used even when it rains. The outdoor lighting is beautiful and harmoniously coordinated. The beach is a minute's walk away and you can hear the sound of the waves in the garden. The kitchen is very well equipped, as is the dining room. The other rooms are adequately equipped for their size. We did not use the balcony on the upper floor at all, as the garden is so beautiful and cosy. Although the house is in a holiday complex, we had absolute peace and quiet. The Trosky family is very nice and they answered all our questions in advance, gave lots of tips and organised everything we needed. They obtained information for us on site and even helped us on the phone while we were on holiday. Many thanks again for that. It was a very nice holiday for us.

Das Haus ist super auch wenn es etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist hat es seinen Charm .
Es fehlt an nichts ist alles da der garten wunderbar .
Strände in unmittelbarer nähe würden es wieder mieten.

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub auf Korsika verbracht.
Ferienhaus:
Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man merkt, dass die Vermieter hier selber Urlaub machen und es ist nicht zu vergleichen mit einem einheitlichem Appartement in einer Ferienanlage.
Die Ausstattung ist prima... Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und alle möglichen Küchen-Kleingeräte sind vorhanden.
Man sitzt sehr gemütlich zu allen Tageszeiten auf den Terrassen hinterm oder auch vorm Haus.
Lage:
Das Haus liegt im Prinzip in zweiter Reihe zum Strand. Da die Häuser aber versetzt stehen, hat man gar nicht diesen Eindruck. Man geht aus dem Gartentor, einmal halb ums Haus und schon ist man auf dem Fußweg zum Strand.
Durch die Buchten gibt es unterschiedliche Strandabschnitte und wir haben verschiedene ausprobiert. In der Haupsaison sind einige durchaus gut besucht, wer es aber ruhiger mag, der geht einfach 5 Min. Richtung Süden und kommt zu einem sehr langen Strandabschnitt, der immer leerer wird, da es dort keine Bebauung (Häuser/Ferienhäuser/Hotels) gibt.
Der Ort Marine de Bravone ist zwar klein, aber es gibt genügend Lokale, um zu Fuß essen zu gehen. Für Einkäufe brauchten wir ein Auto (im Ort gibt es nur ein kleines Lädchen), aber die wenige Minuten entfernten Supermärkte sind groß und man bekommt alles.
Umgebung:
Wir sind ein paar Mal ins Landesinnere gefahren und haben uns im Kletterpark vergnügt oder (noch viel besser) haben Gumpenwanderungen unternommen. Auch das Sightseeing in den Städten im Norden und Süden hat uns gut gefallen.

Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und nicht einsehbar. Es gibt eine große Terrasse mit Grillofen und eine weitere überdachte Terrasse, die man auch bei Regen nutzten kann. Die Außenbeleuchtung ist schön und harmonisch abgestimmt. Der Strand befindet sich in einer Gehminute entfernt und man hört im Garten das Rauschen der Wellen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet sowie das Esszimmer. Die übrigen Zimmer sind der Größe entsprechend ausreichend ausgestattet. Den Balkon im oberen Stockwerk haben wir gar nicht genutzt, da der Garten so schön und gemütlich ist. Obwohl sich das Haus in einer Ferienanlage befindet, hatten wir absolute Ruhe und Erholsamkeit. Familie Trosky ist sehr nett und sie haben alle unsere Fragen im Vorfeld beantwortet, viele Tipps gegeben und alles organisiert, was wir brauchten. Sie haben vor Ort Informationen für uns eingeholt und uns sogar im Urlaub vor Ort telefonisch weitergeholfen. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür. Für uns war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
