Current information: The 18-hole golf course Gut Düneburg is currently closed. Only the 4-hole short course and the driving range are open.
The house, built in 2000, is always maintained and equipped with the latest technology (3D TV with Sky package, and WLAN in the living room, 3 TVs with DVD players in the bedrooms). 4 bedrooms, a spacious living-dining area, a modern kitchen and 2 bathrooms offer enough space for up to 8 people in this non-smoking house.
From the terrace, you have a beautiful view over the fairway of course 5 of the golf course "Gut Düneburg" and the specially constructed bola course (please bring balls).
Family holiday:
The adjacent leisure park "Schloss Dankern" and the beautiful surroundings provide leisure fun, sports and recreation for you and your family.
Golf holiday:
The house is a beautiful starting point for golf enthusiasts.

Location and surroundings of object
The Gut Düneburg holiday home and residential park is located in Haren in Emsland, not far from the A31 motorway and in the immediate vicinity of the "Schloss Dankern" leisure park.
The baroque Schloss Dankern, a moated castle dating from 1680, is located in Haren on the Dankern Lake.
Today, this beautifully restored castle is surrounded by forest and a holiday park.
On an area of around 200 hectares around the moated castle of Dankern you will also find a wonderful leisure park. You can reach it on foot in 15 minutes.
There is a very good infrastructure within the complex. You can rent bicycles and explore the surroundings on foot.
Two golf courses are also available: an 18-hole course and a 4-hole course with courses.
If you don't want to miss the advantage of having your own flat on holiday, but prefer to leave the cooking to someone else - there are several nice restaurants on site.
There are also excellent riding facilities here. There is no room for boredom here, as there are no limits to the leisure activities that can be enjoyed both inside and outside the town centre. Families and nature lovers get their money's worth here, as do sporty and active holidaymakers.
A booked or spontaneous holiday in Haren (Ems) is worthwhile at any time of year.

A trip worth taking!
We spent New Year's Eve and New Year's Day in this very clean and beautifully located house with 6 adults and 2 children. Communication with the landlords was very good; all questions and concerns were addressed promptly. The layout of the house is great, we felt very comfortable with 8 people, nothing was lacking.

Repeat offender
We are a card club and we love playing boules. The location is great, within 5 minutes you are on the golf course, also interesting for non-golfers. The house is clean and well-equipped (with Sky TV, great for Bundesliga fans).
The barbecue area in the garden is especially nice, and of course the boules court, which was the highlight for us again. We always love to come back.

Great family accommodation

Always a pleasure to come back!
We have been in this house for the fifth time already. The location is just excellent, especially for golfers. Within 5 minutes, you are on the golf course and as a tenant of this house, you get a 50% discount on the golf price. The house is very clean and well equipped (even Sky TV). The small barbecue area in the garden is particularly nice. We are looking forward to our next short break with you.

Super week
The house is beautifully situated, ideal for people looking for peace and quiet after an eventful day
The furnishings are modern. The only disadvantage for the occupancy with 8 people: the storage space for drinks and food is missing. Maybe you could put another cupboard in the dining area?
Otherwise, it was a super warm welcome by the manager. Everything worked out great. The departure was also relaxed. We would love to come back!
