We offer a cozy, very comfortable apartment, homely atmosphere and beautiful, well-kept garden. And those who will feel like - in addition to sightseeing, tours, walks - a bit of sport, we offer tennis lessons with a qualified coach in the nearby courts.
Our aparament consists of a comfortable, air-conditioned bedroom with a large double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a chest of drawers , a living room with a coffee table, a desk and a rich library. A cot is available. The luxurious bathroom has a shower , a whirlpool bath, the toilet is located in a separate room. The guests have the satellite TV fridge, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery at their disposal. Coffee lovers can prepare a delicious espresso.
A small, but very functional cottage, surrounded by beautiful, mature garden, where grow many interesting plants. Resting on a bench among the magnificent roses, or in a hammock suspended between the old fruit trees, will certainly be memorable!

Location and surroundings of object
Our apartment is located near the center of town , where you will find shops, restaurants, banks, post office, health center, bus station, but belongs to Ślężański Landscape Park, which offers great hiking, walking and cycling opportunities. Your car will be safe, parked on the property, under the shelter. Sobotka is the administrative center but also cultural and tourist attraction of the region. The city is situated at an altitude of 160 - 220 m above sea level, just 34 km from Wrocław and is the oldest trade settlement in Silesia. The city's history has always been associated with a great mountain Sleza - formerly Sobótka.
The main strengths of Sobotka are turbulent history, great lush nature, the beauty of the mountain scenery, clean air and a great location. All this makes Sobotka the biggest tourist attraction near Wroclaw. A good system of transport, a short distance from important routes Wroclaw - Kudowa and Wroclaw - Jelenia Gora make that Sobotka is also visited by residents of other regions of the country, as well as tourists from abroad (mainly Germany and the Netherlands).

a nice little holiday flat in beautiful, interesting surroundings
Andrzej and Damila were very nice and helpful hosts. One shortcoming of the nice, small holiday flat is that there was unfortunately no water connection in the kitchen-living room and the sink had to be used in the bathroom. We enjoyed spending time in the beautiful, well-kept garden (unfortunately there is no photo of this in the advertisement). Unfortunately we could not stop the two small dogs from barking.
The flat offers a good starting point for walks and hikes in the Zobten Mountains, there is a very nice bathing lake nearby and there is no shortage of beautiful old towns! There are also restaurants in and around Sobótka where you can eat very good Polish food.

Sunny holiday flat
The flat is very well equipped. The air conditioning for the bedroom was very useful during the hot days. The flat is tastefully furnished. The luxury shower and whirlpool invite you to wellness. We had breakfast mainly in the beautiful garden. The landlords are very friendly people. We communicated in English, which went quite well despite our patchy knowledge. The holiday home is within easy reach of the absolutely fascinating city of Wroclaw, Schweidnitz is nearby, the Zobtenberg offers opportunities for hiking, the Owl Mountains are also worth a day trip, the museum in Sobotka shows interesting finds from the early days of the area. Conclusion: Highly recommended!

We have lived in Sobotka since 2005. Initially, we dealt with providing lessons in English, French and tennis, but when we renovated our house, beautifully situated at the foot of the magic mountain Slężą, we also decided to hire a convenient and comfortable apartment. We spent our entire life in the big city, but tired of the noise, traffic congestion and the unbearable pace of life moved to Sobotka, found here peace, tranquility, clean air, beautiful scenery, friendly people. Now we would like to make our guests spend their vacation with us, enjoying all the attractions of Sobotka and the surrounding area.
