The house has one living level of approx. 95 sqm plus a large wooden-roofed conservatory, three bedrooms with 2 beds each (the 3rd bedroom in the stuga), large living room with dining area and passage into the kitchen. 1 WC with washbasin. Shower is separate.
Our responsible tenants can use the available books, CDs, DVDs, videos. The kitchen is fully equipped.
There is a small aluminium rowing boat at the bathing place
Our bicycles can be used
Hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing is optimally possible.
The house, which is mainly used by us privately, must be cleaned by ourselves.
Defects are to be repaired as independently as possible.

The house is next to the Getabergsvägen increased and about 10 m above the lake. The house is alone at the lake on a 4000 sqm plot with trees, among others. The house is oriented toward the lake to the south. 800m to the nearest farm. 9 km from Asarum the shops, bank, church, etc., 14 km to Charles Hamm and port on the Baltic Sea.

Rubbish is collected in a very differentiated way via two "maxi bins" (370 l each). Max 2 is emptied every 14 days, Max 1 every four weeks
Aluminium rowing boat is at the bathing area.
