HAUS WITH GARDEN-150 MT. FROM THE SEA-8 BEDS-DOGS AND CATS ARE WELCOME!
"Pinetacecina "is a two-family house on two floors, in Cecina Mare, Tuscany, with private garden, outdoor spaces both in front of and behind the house (fenced and closed for the safety of children and dogs); well positioned, almost opposite the pine wood equipped with games for children; crossing the pine forest you reach the beach (approximately 150 m). To 20 mt. bus stop to Mt. 50 shops, at 200 mt. la Terrazza dei Tirreni (where in summer main events take place), near the "movida" night, but far from the hustle and bustle.

Step-over that has access to the outer courtyard in front of the floor: living room with double sofa bed, TV, kitchenette with cooker, fridge, oven, crockery; dining area with direct access to the rear garden, equipped with tables, chairs, barbecue and outdoor shower. First floor: double bedroom with terrace, single bedroom with two bunk beds, bathroom with shower.

Beautiful holiday home

We spent a week in this holiday home with our small family (3 people) during the Easter holidays and were completely satisfied.

The house is very beautiful, cozy, and lovingly furnished – we felt at home right away. We especially liked the quiet and beautiful location, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

We lacked nothing; everything was available that one needs for a pleasant stay. We can definitely recommend this holiday home and would be happy to return!

Dreamlike autumn days in Marina di Cecina

All in all, a super beautiful house, well located, well equipped, and very clean. The key handover and further contact with Daniela was really nice, and we also received many interesting tips about the area as well as recommended restaurants. Truly a super beautiful area right by the Tomboli di Cecina pine forest and the sea, here you find everything you need for both humans and dogs. We would love to come back…!!

Great place for a holiday

Excellent holiday, excellent accommodation!

A very cozy and quiet house, with a nice outdoor space and barbecue, very suitable for our children! The pine forest is right in front and we used the bikes for some nice walks. Even though we stayed in winter, we will come back in summer, it will be very convenient with the children since you just have to cross the road!

A wonderful place for a peaceful vacation!

We were a group of friends and two dogs and really enjoyed the garden with the barbecue! The house is well-equipped and the sea is really close, just a short walk through the pine forest!

Beautiful house and beautiful vacation!

We were lucky and found sun and warmth, the place is ideal for beautiful walks on the beach even out of season.
The house is right next to the beach, and there is a beautiful pine forest in front, convenient for young children, with lots of games!
Very comfortable, well-equipped, and a nice outdoor space for dining; it was a vacation of great relaxation and we received many recommendations on places to visit in the area.
