Location and surroundings of object
Our new house is located in a quiet cul de sac only 350m from the famous beach in Mimice. Mimice is a small tourist village, located on the Omis Riviera. Mimice has some treasures to offer: crystal clear water, 3 km long sandy beaches, the scent and the beauty of the thick pine forest, which is widely considered a protected cultural heritage, numerous walking paths that link the area along the coast that are proud of their old Dalmatian architecture , to the highest peaks of the mountain. Due to its natural and cultural riches Mimice plays from the very beginning an important role in tourism along the Riviera Omis.
Mimice is until today its long tradition to offer a comfortable accommodation and hospitality of its inhabitants to of traditional Dalmatian cuisine, wine, song and entertainment.

No vacation with children.
No vacation with children. You have to drive by car to the beach. Only one shop nearby. Almost no opportunity to exchange money. A restaurant with unfriendly staff. In the house there is a shared pool where my children wanted to swim. And the older people were not thrilled. Booked for a week, arrived on Friday, left on Saturday for Lopar. Of course, didn't get a penny back. Never again.

Croatia is worth a visit!
Very nice apartment, everything is as seen in the pictures. The service from Miro on site was very good, if something was missing, it was immediately provided. Here once again a heartfelt thank you! There were only a few things that could be improved, for example, a bit more dishes and glasses would be nice, the specified microwave was missing and unfortunately the oven was also defective. It didn't bother us too much as we didn't need it. A toaster would also be a suggestion for improvement. We lived in the lower apartment with a terrace and therefore had a lot of space. The pool was clean and sufficient for cooling off. The path to the beach behind the house is steep downhill, so it's unsuitable for those who are not good on foot. The way down the road is long and very hilly. We always drove by car. The beaches nearby are beautiful and clean. Down on the street, there is a supermarket, a post office, and a tourist office/exchange office. However, for larger purchases, you should go to Markaska or Omis. We spent 2 very nice weeks in Omis/Mimice and would definitely come back.
