Location and surroundings of object
The flat is located directly by the sea and is part of a holiday resort with more than 100 flats. The resort has 2 swimming pools, a sauna and restaurants. The sea with its fine sandy beach is just 50 m away. Sveti Vlas is located exactly where the southern Balkan mountain range merges into the Black Sea, very idyllic. And the special combination of sea breeze and mountain air gives the village its very own microclimate, which is simply not found anywhere else on the coast. With average summer temperatures of 26° C and a guaranteed minimum of 90 sunny days during the season, the young seaside resort attracts more and more active holidaymakers in addition to those seeking relaxation and families.
Sveti Vlas - Sveti Vlas beach is characterised by numerous newly built, smaller hotels, guesthouses and holiday flats, very cosy restaurants - which often also serve as evening venues, shops, post office, entertainment facilities and parks. On the 1000 m long fine sandy beach, which slopes gently into the crystal clear and clean sea, you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas as well as pedal boats and jet skis, go surfing and banana boating. Despite its development into a tourist centre, something of the originality of a Bulgarian Black Sea village has been preserved. Sveti Vlas is the starting point for excursions into the surrounding area. You can go on short hikes or use the regular bus connections to the seaside resort of Sonnenstrand, only 5 km away.
10 km from Sveti Vlas is the old fishing village of Nessebar, an idyllic town on a small peninsula, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site because of its more than 40 medieval churches and ancient buildings.
