Active holidays, deceleration and climate stimulation at 900m altitude can be found with your family or friends in the idyllically situated Teichhä on the edge of the forest. 110 sqm living space with open living area on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms with 1 double and 1 single bed each on the 1st floor. Enjoy your breakfast in the modern and rustic furnished kitchen area with a large dining table and a wide view over meadows and forest. After an eventful day as a hiker, cyclist or skier, you can end a sauna session with a cosy evening by the fireplace in the living area or in summer on the 40sqm terrace. On the unfenced 1000sqm natural property with old spruce trees there is a 30sqm pond with a stream. There are plenty of parking spaces available.

Location and surroundings of object
The detached, completely reconstructed wooden house is located only 100m from the edge of the forest with direct access to hiking and cycling trails as well as the cross-country skiing network. The distance to the ski slope "Hirschkopf" is approx. 400m. In the centre of Carlsfeld, approx. 500m away, you will find a bakery, butcher's shop, further shopping facilities and tourist information. Ski and bicycle rental can be found in the village. In winter, Carlsfeld in the Ore Mountains impresses with its very snow-sure location. A wide network of cross-country ski trails, a direct connection to the Kammloipe trail, a ski slope with a lift and snow-making facilities, and a ski fun park for kids ensure that there is never a dull moment. In the other seasons, the endless, rustic spruce forests invite you to go hiking. A well-developed network of cycle paths also allows long tours between the Eibenstock, Sosa, Weiterswiese and Muldenberg reservoirs. The oldest round church in Saxony, built before the Frauenkirche in Dresden, is worth seeing. From Johanngeorgenstadt there are several daily departures by slow train to Karlsbad in the neighbouring Czech Republic. The bathing gardens in Eibenstock and the Schlema spa offer pure wellness all year round.

Feel good
I felt very comfortable with my dog in this holiday home.
Everything was as described and the communication with the landlord and the on-site support was friendly and hassle-free.
The location is great - hardly any traffic and you are right in the forest for nice walks or longer hikes.

Damage
The house is located, somewhat secluded at the edge of the forest, with nice furnishings. The firewood included according to the contract was not available and was not provided upon request. On the second day, the heating showed a malfunction and we had to fix it several times daily until our departure. Emails to the owner regarding wood and heating have remained unanswered so far, and the property manager was very displeased about these matters. In the house, there is no microwave, iron, ironing board, or drying rack.
Too few cabinets, hooks for clothing for 4/6 people. 2 older loungers are available on the terrace. The house is not suitable for visually or mobility-impaired individuals.
The price had to be paid in full before arrival.

Toller Urlaub
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub, das Haus ist super schön, sehr gut eingerichtet, alles da was man so braucht, tolle Lage, gleich von Haus aus los in die Natur zum wandern und auch die Terrasse war riesig, die Hunde konnten draußen liegen und nicht weg. Die Umgebung ist sehr sehr schön. Das Erzgebirge ist einfach nur fantastisch! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und haben viel gesehen und erlebt! Würden wir definitiv wieder buchen!

Carlsfeld Teichhäusel: Carlsfeld pond house
A beautiful, modern furnished holiday home. It is located at the forest and very quiet, ideal for relaxation. There are many hiking trails and destinations. Our dog also felt very comfortable. We will gladly come again.
