Il complesso "Villasmeralda", è sito in Siracusa ubicato in via di Porco 151/a, a 200 metri dal mare, quale " Zona Protetta-Riserva del Plemmirio" e a cinque Km dalla curatissima ed organizzata spiaggia di sabbia dell' Arenella.

Il Residence "Villa Smeralda" si trova a 150 metri dall'area marina protetta del Plemmirio, splendido tratto costiero con scenari mozzafiato.
Disponiamo di 7 appartamenti all'interno del complesso, accoglienti e adibiti ad ospitare fino a gruppi di 30 persone.
A disposizione dei nostri ospiti anche un giardino con vegetazione tipicamente mediterranea, piscina, barbecue per gustose grigliate e un comodo e ampio parcheggio.
