In the house there are 6 separate holiday flats with one or two bedrooms. All with lounge, kitchen, bedrooms, bath/shower/WC, balcony, wifi, flat screen TV, balcony.
We also have double rooms and flats all in one house.
Including rich breakfast buffet and daily cleaning of the rooms. Our restaurant is located directly next to the living area. Parking spaces are free of charge directly at the house. Children's playground in the garden.
In our sauna and wellness area you can relax free of charge on our sauna days.

Our house is located on the outskirts of Brotterode. The Rennsteig can be reached on foot in 20 min
Brotterode is situated at the foot of the Inselsberg directly on the Rennsteig near Eisenach. The place is ideal
for hiking and relaxing holidays.
Rushing forests, green meadow slopes, small streams meandering through the landscape, nestled in a valley of the Mulde - this is how Brotterode lies in the western Thuringian Forest. The Great Inselsberg (916.5 m) rises proudly above our town. Brotterode itself is about 600 m above sea level and has about 2,700 inhabitants. Brotterode lies directly on the Rennsteig, one of the most famous hiking trails in Germany.
Its central location makes it a convenient starting point for visits to Thuringian sights such as :
Eisenach (Wartburg), Gotha, Weimar, Erfurt, Meiningen
In winter, Brotterode is a ski resort with cross-country ski trails and downhill slopes. Winter highlights include two international ski jumping competitions and a horn sled race

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

Schöner Winterurlaub in modernen gemütlichen Quartier
