our farm is located in a quiet, solitary position on a terp.
Our holiday apartment Süderoog*** (wheelchair accessible / barrier-free, suitable for allergy sufferers) is family-friendly. Sep. entrance and parking space right outside the door. Bicycles, surfboards, etc. can be stored in the shed. Opposite the farm there is a bus stop. Bicycle rentals are nearby. A playground, table tennis, barbecue facilities, garden use, and a furnished terrace provide a variety of recreational activities for children and adults of all ages. Our farm is located in a quiet, isolated area on a Warft.
The holiday apartments Hooge, Norderoog & Süderoog (wheelchair accessible / barrier-free) and Lüttmoor are family-friendly. Separate entrance and parking space in front of the door. Bicycles, surfboards, etc. can be stored in the shed. There is a bus stop opposite the farm.
A playground, table tennis, barbecue facilities, garden use, and terrace allow versatile leisure activities for children and adults. The spa center with a swimming pool, the beach / the North Sea, and a bakery are nearby. And the path by ship, horse-drawn carriage, or on foot through the unique Wadden Sea landscape is not far either. Our farm is located on the beautiful peninsula of Norstrand, about 15 km from the North Frisian county town of Husum, in the Schleswig-Holstein Wadden Sea World Heritage. From the mainland, you can reach us via a 4 km long causeway. The 49 km² peninsula invites nature lovers and individualists to hike, mudflat walk, swim, surf, and cycle. A charming landscape offers a lot of peace and relaxation as well as exceptional natural spectacles in every season, which are unique in their kind. In addition, you can expect stylish inns with a cozy atmosphere, historic buildings, and craft businesses that invite participation. Here you can relax and recuperate well, the fresh North Sea breeze will certainly help you with that.

Cancellation terms:
Guest Accommodation Contract As soon as the guest books, they enter into a guest accommodation contract or lodging agreement with the host (vacation rental/private room/hotel). It does not matter whether the contract is made verbally or in writing. The guest makes the booking also on behalf of all other accompanying persons, provided this was explicitly agreed upon. Agreed Services The services agreed between the lodging facility and the guest are outlined in the booking offer, catalog or internet descriptions, and the booking confirmation. Contract Compliance Both the lodging facility and the guest are obligated to uphold the contract. The principle "booked means booked" applies. The landlord must provide the guest with the booked accommodation, and the guest is obliged to pay the agreed accommodation price. Cancellation/Withdrawal Therefore, a free cancellation by the guest is excluded. If the guest does not arrive at all, or if they withdraw from the contract during their stay, they are obliged to pay the agreed price minus the saved expenses, regardless of the reason or time of cancellation. Saved expenses include, for example, laundry, breakfast, electricity, and heating. The landlord is liable for damages if they cannot provide the booked accommodation—for instance in cases of overbooking—and no adequate alternative accommodation. According to current legal jurisdiction, the following percentages are generally deducted for saved expenses: 20% for accommodation with breakfast, 30% for half-board, and 40% for full-board. For vacation rentals and holiday homes, 10 - 20% are generally deducted. However, the host must minimize their losses as much as possible and attempt to re-rent the accommodation if feasible. The host must credit any savings towards the cancellation fee. If the guest can prove that the host incurred no (due to re-renting) or significantly lower damage, the guest may not have to pay cancellation fees or may pay significantly less. Provision of Services The contracted services are also binding for the host. They must provide the services as offered and agreed upon in the catalog, including primarily the provision of the promised accommodation. If the host accidentally double-books a room, they must immediately provide equivalent or better replacement since the guest is entitled to claim damages. Prices In hospitality businesses, it is internationally common to state prices per room, whereas in Germany, prices are usually stated per person. For vacation rentals or holiday homes, the price is given per unit and for the duration of use (e.g., daily rate, weekly rate). Price Representation The Federal Court of Justice has ruled that the provider of a vacation rental or holiday home must specify the total price in their pricing information. This means the end price stated by the lodging facility must include all fixed costs that are invariably payable, such as electricity, water, gas, heating, final cleaning, and bed linen usage. In this case, a meter must be present and correctly accounted for. Whether the tourist tax needs to be included in the total price or calculated separately is controversial. The DTV recommends calculating the tourist tax separately from the rental price. According to DTV as of October 2010.
