We, the Totic family, welcome you to our website. Our holiday flats have been in existence since 2002 and are located on the island of Krk in a place called Malinska. They are very well maintained and have a balcony/terrace, a barbecue area and their own parking spaces. Shopping and gastronomic facilities are about 200 metres away and are plentiful. A doctor's surgery and pharmacy can be found in the centre. Rijeka airport is 15 km from Malinska.

The island is characterised by a mild Mediterranean climate, clean air, clear water and a variety of natural and cultural beauty. The popular resort of Malinska is located in the western part of the region. The area of Malinska is especially known for its approximately 260 days of sunshine a year and its beautiful beaches and bathing bays. Due to its favourable geographical position, the place is well protected from the notorious Bora winds. Many beautiful beaches and bays await bathers in Malinska. The pebble and rocky beaches, most of which also have concrete sunbathing areas, are very well equipped. On the beaches you will find various sports and leisure facilities, such as boat hire, jet-skiing and other activities. At almost all beach sections there are small bars and shops that provide the necessary refreshments and food and the possibility to rent beach equipment such as sunshades and sunbeds. Rupa beach in the centre of Malinska has been awarded the Blue Flag for its facilities and cleanliness. Location Malinska is situated in a forest-covered bay in the west of the island of Krk and, together with twenty other surrounding villages, belongs to the area called Dubašnica. Dubašnica Bay has many larger and smaller bays and thanks to its geographical position, this region is protected from cold winds, with low rainfall and about 260 days of sunshine a year. The climate is mild and Mediterranean.
History The rich Glagolitic heritage earned the island of Krk the nickname of the cradle of Croatian literature and culture. Dubašnica has also contributed to the Glagolitic tradition, thanks to the activities of the Glagolitic priests. The majority of the monuments of cultural and historical heritage are sacred objects, among which the sacral complex from 1480 stands out. These include the Church of St. Mary Magdalene, the Franciscan Monastery, the Convent and Museum with rare exhibits and the Glagolitic Lapidarium.

If you have decided to spend your holiday in our flats, a member of the family will be waiting for you on your arrival and will show you your reserved flat.
