If you are looking for very well equipped and family-friendly holiday homes at the North Sea - you are right with us! We are a family with three children and offer our cosy semi-detached house as a holiday home. We use the house regularly ourselves and therefore do not consider it a pure business property. So we have equipped the house to meet our own demands, not only functional, but comfortable and homely!
We would like to offer other families with children the opportunity to spend a nice holiday in cosy and comfortable surroundings, where maybe grandma and grandpa can come too. That's why there is enough space for up to 8 people in four bedrooms in each of our semi-detached houses, each with an area of approx. 115 m², and with furnishings that also offer retreats during the day - for example in rainy weather.
The living room offers plenty of space for the whole family and the kitchen is also spacious and equipped with all comforts. We pay special attention to the children, because our experience has shown: if the children are happy and relaxed, the parents really have a holiday too! That is why the children's rooms are cheerfully furnished, there is a children's table and chairs, and a basic stock of games, books, radio plays etc. is available. There is also plenty of space in the garden, a swing and a sandpit.
The holiday home was completed in 2012 and has a plot of approx. 600 m². It is in a completely quiet location in a cul-de-sac in a mature residential area - not in a holiday home settlement - in Norden on the border to Norddeich (address: Liegnitzer Str. 5, 26506 Norden). In a few minutes you are at the harbour or the beach and also the city centre of Norden with its cultural facilities can be reached by bike in only 10 minutes

We have furnished the house very personally and cosily. The entire ground floor and the upper floor are tiled and have underfloor heating. The attic is covered with laminate. The house is suitable for allergy sufferers:

The house offers a spacious garden with sun terrace. The extensive equipment also includes garden furniture and a barbecue. On the ground floor there is a vestibule with wardrobe, a spacious kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a large living room and the sunny south-facing terrace with garden access. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with tandem beds, as well as the second spacious, bright bathroom. A baby travel cot is also available.
In the large, cosy attic is the fourth bedroom with a double bed and sitting area.

The holiday home was completed in 2012 and has a plot of approx. 600 m². In a few minutes you are at the harbour or the beach and also the city centre of Norden with its cultural facilities can be reached by bike in only 10 minutes. Surf fringe and wide beach. Mills, marsh and sea. Dunes, dikes, duck dolphins. Pier, shells, seagulls. Clouds, wind and waves. Kite games, mudflats and tideways. Cutters, crabs, crayfish. And water for splashing around and bathing. Almost always good weather. Wind from west to east. Air: clear and salty. Low tide and high tide. Beginning of the North Sea - at the end of Germany. After Norddeich-Mole there is nothing but sea! Just a few impressions of the diverse and interesting town of Norden.

additional information about rental price:
| Prices apply for occupancy with up to 5 persons. Each additional person: 84€/week or 12€/night. During the Easter holidays, the summer holidays and on the long weekends Whitsun, Corpus Christi and Ascension Day, the price applies for up to 8 persons. Arrival and departure day by arrangement, but during the holidays preferably on Saturdays. In addition to the rental prices, the town of Norden charges a visitor's tax of € 2.50 per adult per night in the period up to , children up to and including 15 years of age are free of charge. In the other periods, the visitor's tax is € 1.20 per adult per night. Bed linen (12€ per set/person) and towels (10€ per set/person) can be booked before arrival and are paid directly on site. |
Cancellation terms:
If cancellation occurs up to 90 days before the rental period begins, 10% of the rental fee, up to 60 days before the rental period begins, 25% of the rental fee, up to 35 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the rental fee, up to 28 days before the rental period begins, 75% of the rental fee, up to 20 days before the rental period begins or in case the holiday home is not used, 100% of the rental fee will be retained, but at least 100,- €.
