Description
The house itself consists of 3 levels:
On the first level there is a kitchen with a small backroom, a hallway and a big and open living room with a balcony that provides a beautiful view into the pueblo.
The second floor consists of 4 bedrooms and a high comfort marble bath with two sinks. Two bedrooms have a double bed and two bedrooms have two single beds each. All rooms are very bright and two of the rooms even have balconies on which the warm morning sun can be enjoyed.
The thrid floor is a small studio on which exercises can be made or it can be used for a relaxation area. It has a big terrace with a barbecue. From the terrace you can sea the Mediterranean on the one side and the mountains on the other side.

Location and surroundings of object
8-10 minute walk from the vacation house to the sandy beach. Along the beach you can find several beach bars that serve cold and refreshing drinks, ice cream or typical Spanish snacks. Caldetas is a small traditional Spanish \"pueblo\" situated directly at the Mediterranean Sea. Its special flair comes from the unique position. It is surrounded by mountains. There are a few small stores that sell food, several bars with life music in the summer, a museum, a recreational bath that uses water from the surrounding mountains, a market hall and an open market that is open twice a week.
Caldetas has a special location because it is also very easy and quick to get to major touristic cities like Barcelona, Calella or even Lloret de Mar with the coastal train within 15 (Calella) to up to 40 Minutes (Barcelona).

Vacations in Caldetas are a special experience due to the inspirational pueblo and its beautiful beach and promenade. The beach cannot be compared with the crowded commercialized beaches of Barcelona. It is a very clean a wide beach with beautiful clear water. Next to that the convenient location close to major cities makes the stay in Caldetas very attractive.

We spent 3 wonderful weeks in this wonderful holiday home from the Kaiser family.
The house really lacks nothing and is very personally and comfortably furnished. It offers plenty of space to relax and unwind. What we particularly liked was that we were in the middle of Spanish life and hardly felt like tourists.
The location is fantastic; quick to Barcelona etc. and quick to the beach, which is also simply wonderful.
We will definitely come back again.

Great time - with Spain, beach and Barcelona
We stayed for a week in May with five adults and one child in this super equipped flat. Space for sharing - space for retreat - this flat has it all. Above all, the view over the roofs to the water almost everywhere. Dreamlike! The place: homely and hardly touristy, endless beach, Barcelona easy to reach. We felt very comfortable and would always come back. With the uncomplicated and reliable handling of the travel booking, this will certainly not be a problem either. Highly recommended!

Days of relaxation
Very spacious, well-maintained and tastefully furnished, simply to feel comfortable. Beautiful view from the large rooftop terrace. Located on a quiet access road on a slope, easily accessible either sportily quickly via the shown stairs or more comfortably along the main road in gentler serpentine bends, depending on your mood. The train station is easily accessible, trains run frequently, usually every half hour to Barcelona along the picturesque coast.

Super holiday home to explore the Catalan coast and Barcelona
The house is located in Clades d'Estrac [Caldetas] (a small town north of Barcelona) on the Catalan coast with a super Mediterranean sandy beach within walking distance of the holiday home. In Caldes you can get everything you need for your daily needs (cute market hall & weekly market every Friday). By car it is only 5 minutes to the Aldi and other supermarkets in the village next door.
There is a small thermal bath in the village (booking in advance is necessary, especially in the season) to relax. The R1 (Renfe) takes only 50 minutes to the heart of Barcelona, so you don't have to worry about the traffic and the outrageous parking fees!
The house has 3 floors to use and every necessary comfort a holiday home should have. The entrance to it is on the ground floor, as on the ground floor of the house there is still a newly furnished granny flat as well as the garage. It is situated on a hill with a great view of Caldetas, which can be enjoyed from the balcony or the sun terrace (3rd floor of the flat). There is also a Barcelona travel guide, a stereo system, a large TV, a few German books and board games
On the bedroom floor (1st floor of the flat) is a modern bathroom with rain shower and 2 washbasins. On the living floor (ground floor of the flat) there is a second small bathroom with toilet and bathtub (shower integrated).
The booking, receipt and return of the house keys was quick and super uncomplicated
We had a great time and would love to come back!

Excellent summer vacation with the family
We as a family felt very comfortable in the accommodation of the Kaiser family. The holiday home is very spacious and clean. You can tell that the house has been recently renovated. The views from the balconies and the rooftop terrace on the third floor are unique. We will definitely come back!
