Everything was to our complete satisfaction. The apartment was handed over very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. A new large frying pan would be good. The bed was comfortable. Everything was okay in the bathroom. We had a small problem with the toilet seat on the first day. We informed Rentals, and 30 minutes later a nice gentleman came and repaired the seat. And last but not least, the sea view from the apartment or balcony is fantastic. Thank you for everything.

The Wi-Fi and television didn't work at first. Within 10 minutes, someone was there, a new router and receiver were ordered, and they were installed the next day. Great service :-) Otherwise, the location is simply fantastic. You can enjoy the view of the sea from the balcony, it's a 2-minute walk to the beach, and to the small but beautiful town center!

The apartment is small but nice. The bed is unfortunately a bit saggy, and the sheet for the couch was too small, not fitting. The Wi-Fi and TV connection were poor, constantly interrupted. Still, the price was okay for it, and we would book here again.

The apartment is very tastefully and well-furnished, and the amenities are complete and comfortable. We particularly liked the decorative and adjustable interior shutters as sun protection. The location with the view of the sea and the city is optimal. The sun shines on the balcony until sunset. We felt very comfortable.

Nice location of the apartment, conveniently with a garage in the basement. Quickly reached the 6th floor by elevator. Nice kitchen and bathroom, good view of the sea and over Egmond. It was very quiet in the house.

For a short break for 2 people, it is quite sufficient, but for four people it would be too small for us. The kitchen is very nice, the beds are very comfortable. And the balcony offers a great view of the sea.

We have now been in Sterflat 157 for the 2nd time. The apartment is wonderfully furnished. With a lot of attention to detail. Nothing is missing here - almost like home... The booking process up to key handover and return through Rentals Egmond is completely smooth and stress-free! Many thanks to Joke and Marc van Duin! A wonderful, relaxed holiday with direct sea view in beautiful Egmond is nothing standing in the way at this accommodation!

First of all: Rentals as a booking platform is always great! We stayed at the Sterflat for the second time, but for the first time in unit 157. The kitchen is particularly noteworthy, very tasteful and well-equipped. I found the bed and sofa to be very uncomfortable, as they were hard. However, others may like that. I was disappointed by the balcony, I think it is only possible to enjoy the sunset in the months of February to early March. And I missed indirect light in the living room. I find ceiling lighting, even if dimmable, not cozy. The fact that the garage parking spaces are very narrow has already been described several times. With folded exterior mirrors, my Golf V fit in.

Everything in the apartment is bright and friendly, the view is fantastic. The handover of the apartment was very good despite stormy weather by friendly staff. Apart from minor issues despite the strong storm, it is a great apartment. Always happy to come back.

We booked this apartment for the first time and were not disappointed. The kitchen is very well equipped for 2 people with plenty of electrical outlets and all the appliances you need. There is even a TV in the bedroom. Particularly nice is that this apartment has a shower and a bathtub, which is no longer the case in all apartments.
