The Penthouse Holiday Apartment "Atlantic View" located 2 minutes from the beach and yet in the center of Luz. The approximately 70m2 large, elegant Moorish-style furnished apartment is located on the top floor of a 2-story condominium.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (1 with balcony and panoramic sea view), kitchen, marble bathroom and living room with balcony and panoramic sea views over the beach and the Atlantic Ocean.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV (flat screen), washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, linens and towels.
The bathroom has a heated floor and a hairdryer. The large balcony is equipped with parasol and patio furniture.

Location and surroundings of object
The apartment is located right in the center of Luz, yet quiet. The beach is 2 minutes away, all shops are located in the immediate vicinity. Parking spaces are available. Praia da Luz is a small yet original fishing village on the Atlantic coast. It has a very nice sandy beach, which is surrounded by a promenade with palm trees. In the center are supermarkets, many small shops and boutiques, bars and restaurants, post office, pharmacy and a church. All in just a few minutes walking distance.

The location is a dream
The flat is very well equipped. Everything is very clean and of high quality. The landlords are accommodating and super friendly. The best thing is the fantastic view from the balcony! That is a holiday! We will be happy to come back.

Perfect holiday home in a prime location
Very beautiful, very tastefully furnished and very clean holiday apartment. From the balcony, you have a fantastic sea view. Having breakfast in the morning sun or a glass of wine during a romantic sunset in the evening is an experience and pure relaxation. The location is perfect, very central yet quiet. The beach is less than a 5-minute walk away, very nice restaurants and shopping facilities are nearby. The beach is fantastic, fine, clean sand and clear water. Having a car is advantageous if you want to visit the numerous other beaches on the Algarve and see some of the stunning coastal landscape. All in all, a highly recommended accommodation!

Relaxing vacation
We felt at home in this apartment. Spacious furnishings, high-quality renovated and equipped. The location in terms of beach, bus, shopping, restaurants is optimal.
