The ground floor impresses with a spacious living room (30 sqm), equipped with a cozy sitting area and a 75-inch smart TV. The bay window with dining area accommodates up to 8 people, ideal for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: induction cooker, an oven at a comfortable height, a fridge-freezer with 3 large freezer compartments, as well as a built-in washing machine and a dishwasher make cooking and household management easy and comfortable.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
On the ground floor, you will find a generous bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.80 m) and a sliding door wardrobe. The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with high-quality sanitary ware from Villeroy & Boch and Grohe and offers a shower, towel radiator, and a radio for additional comfort.
On the upper floor, there are three more bedrooms, two with two single beds each and walk-in closets, and the large bedroom with another double bed and a very spacious closet. The second bathroom upstairs impresses with a bathtub and shower. Technical Equipment
The vacation home is equipped with state-of-the-art smart home technology: All rooms have satellite TV & Sonos sound boxes. The entire house is heated with underfloor heating. Electric blinds and insect protection rollers provide additional comfort and privacy.
Garden and Leisure
The large garden of the house is perfect for relaxing and barbecuing. Enjoy the peace and fresh air of the green Biesdorf district. Nearby are also popular leisure destinations: the Berlin Zoo, the Gardens of the World with an exciting bobsled and cable car, the castle park, which is just a short walk away, as well as Biesdorf Lake, which can also be reached quickly. These places offer unique experiences for the whole family and invite you to go for extended walks and explorations.

Biesdorf is located in the east of Berlin and is characterized by single-family and multi-family homes. Here, you can enjoy ample peace from the sometimes stressful hustle and bustle of the capital. However, due to the very good transport connections, you are still not far from the city center. The S-Bahn (suburban train) can be reached after just 300 meters.

| You can arrive with a maximum of 8 people, the entire holiday home and the large garden are at your disposal. It is not possible to rent out individual rooms! The rental prices depend on the season and the number of persons. The rental prices are valid for an occupancy of up to 4 persons, for each additional person a surcharge of 20 €/night applies (children up to 3 years free). The prices include all ancillary costs such as refuse charges, electricity, water/sewage, GEZ etc., so there are no further hidden costs. Towels and bed linen are optionally available for 10.00 EUR/set, WLAN is free of charge. A booking is only possible from 5 nights (exceptions, e.g. for fitters possible after consultation). A deposit of 500 € is required. After binding booking and receipt of your booking documents, a 50% deposit is due within 14 days, the remaining amount and the deposit are to be transferred shortly before arrival. If your trip has a private background, 5% accommodation tax must be added to all costs, only business travellers are exempt from the city tax. |

Great accommodation in a quiet yet convenient location!
The house is tastefully and modernly furnished, we lacked for nothing and there was plenty of space. We felt very comfortable during our vacation there and were able to explore Berlin using public transport thanks to the nearby S-Bahn station. Communication with the landlords went very pleasant and smoothly. We would recommend the house anytime and will certainly return to it on our next visit to Berlin! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
