Beautiful apartment in a central location
We spent a few nice days in the Kempf holiday apartment on the upper floor. The apartment is very nice, clean, bright, and corresponds to the images on the internet. The furnishings are good. There is enough space for 6 people. On the gallery in the upper floor, there is a play area for children with some toys. Even though our children are a bit older, they still enjoyed this area. Nice terrace with a view of the old town and the lake. Particularly noteworthy is the proximity to the old town and the lake. A few steps down the hill and you are at the old town gate. Restaurants, shops, bakeries, supermarket... everything in immediate vicinity. Those traveling with an electric car will also find a 50 KW charging station nearby (within walking distance). Meersburg is a good starting point for many activities. Very friendly and uncomplicated contact with the landlords. We can recommend the apartment and will definitely come back again.

A great holiday flat
The flat is very tastefully furnished to a high standard. It is close to the old town and from the balcony you can watch the sunset over Lake Constance. We had a really nice time here. Thank you!!

Great holiday flat
We stayed here for 13 days in September and felt very comfortable. The flat is very tastefully furnished and the location is ideal. You have a beautiful view and it is very quiet despite the street. The bus stop is right in front of the door. The shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
The only thing I would have liked was to have a table and chairs on the covered balcony upstairs, so that you could sit outside even when it was raining. The temperatures would have allowed it.

Wonderful accommodation, central location
We spent a great family vacation in the beautifully and newly designed gallery holiday apartment. The location is centrally located, excellent for cycling and hiking tours, as well as boat trips. The amenities were really great and of high quality! We will gladly come back!

Perfect
We were at the vacation apartment 3 over Pentecost. This apartment has everything you need and is beautiful! Completely renovated, great terrace with a wonderful view of Lake Constance! Very clean and well-maintained! The attic was ideal for our daughter! With a small balcony and a great view too! From one bedroom, you can even see Lake Constance from the bed! The contact is absolutely uncomplicated and there is a local contact person.
An ideal starting point for trips around Lake Constance and the vacation apartment is top-notch in every respect! We would come back at any time! Absolutely recommended!
