This exclusive villa is located on a park-like grounds at Berlin's city forest and has excellent transport links. The quiet suburb Woltersdorf located in the southeast of Berlin, next to the Berlin city limits Woltersdorf is famous for its lakes and the Woltersdorfer lock. By tram to the train station Rahnsdorf (4 min) to reach the city by train min in 35. By car, it is around 25 km from the center of Berlin and in 5 minutes on the motorway A 10 The leisure and recreation area around the Müggelseedamm can be reached by bicycle on a beautiful trail through the forest within 15 minutes. Numerous shops exist in the town itself and in about 10 minutes' drive away Friedrichshain district of Copenhagen.

a weekend in September
We rented the villa completely and had a family party with 20 adults and children plus day guests. The surroundings are wonderful: quiet, close to the forest, conveniently located. There are 4 covered spaces for cars's. The house has high, differently designed rooms with art nouveau elements on the ground and first floor. The kitchen and living rooms on the ground floor offer optimal conditions for meeting, communication and design due to their open character. The interior and exterior furnishings cover all needs. The garden is spacious and offers a real biotope with a landscaped pond

We were very satisfied and had a beautiful setting for an unforgettable family reunion.
