We have taken great care to make your holiday home cosy and comfortable. When you enter the villa, you will feel right at home.
From a large light-flooded living room with fireplace you go directly to one of the terraces and have an unobstructed view over the adjacent golf course.
The whole living area on the ground floor is very spacious and open and leads to the dining area as well as a functional kitchen (Senseo or Nespresso and normal coffee machine) and a small winter garden with a cosy sitting area for reading.
An open gallery gives the villa a special ambience.
The three bedrooms are equipped with good mattresses and the beds are of course made upon your arrival.
In the existing sauna you can infuse your favourite scent or relax comfortably in the whirlpool.
Since there are three TV sets in the house, everyone can choose "their" programme.
In good weather, the garden and the terraces (one is protected from the wind by glass) are in the sun all day. Of course there is also a barbecue, both electric and charcoal.

Villa Smmerwind 2 is located in one of the most exclusive holiday parks in the Netherlands. Passionate anglers can pursue their hobby in the small lake that lies directly by the house. The golf course, which belongs to the park, has A status and a playing length of One special feature and additional challenge is the driving range "on water".
For those who do not have a license to play, there is a 9-hole family golf course. Everyone can play there to their heart's content.
A subtropical swimming pool in a 22m high pyramid with a giant slide, whirlpool, rapids, children's paddling pool and sunbed can be used for a fee.
You can have a "quiet ball" on two bowling alleys. Kids have plenty of opportunity to let off steam on a bouncy cushion or - depending on the weather - on an indoor or outdoor playground. Additional tennis courts and a mini-golf course ensure that there is never a dull moment.
The offer is rounded off by bicycle, canoe and pedal boat rentals. Julianadorp aan Zee is a holiday resort that starts directly behind the imposing dunes. In spring, colourful flower fields stretch as far as the eye can see. It is a pleasure to cycle through crocus, daffodils, tulips, hyacinths or tiger lilies. Cycle paths lead through dunes, polder landscapes, along nature reserves and through forests.
In Julianadorp there are two shopping centres (also Lidl and Aldi), where you will find everything for your daily needs, including freshly caught fish on certain days. If you don't want to cook for yourself, there are various restaurants or "beach stalls" by the sea, where you can enjoy a tasty meal in the spicy sea air and perhaps a picturesque sunset.

Dream vacation
Once again (for the third time) a wonderful vacation in a beautiful, well-maintained holiday home, where nothing was missing and one felt at home immediately.
Great, quiet location with a view of the golf course. Nice garden where one can relax very well, and our dog also liked it very much again.
Sitting cozily in front of the fireplace during a few windy, gloomy days was also relaxing.
As always, a nice, uncomplicated contact with the landlords. We were very satisfied all around and would gladly come back.

Dream vacation in the Maldives.
We had a very nice holiday in a beautiful, well-kept holiday home where nothing was missing and you immediately felt at home. Great, quiet location overlooking the golf course. Beautiful garden where you can relax very well and our dog also liked it very much. Nice, uncomplicated contact with the landlords. We were completely satisfied and would love to come back. Goodbye.

We have been successfully renting out our holiday villa The Blue Kite for several years and are pleased that we have been able to welcome several guests again in the meantime. in 2015 we acquired our villa Golf and Sea, which has also already found some "regular guests". in 2017 we took over Villa Summerwind 2, which has been a popular holiday home in Julianadorp for several years. We attach great importance to keeping the houses at a very high standard and making it as pleasant as possible for our guests. To this end, cleanliness and service are our top priorities.
