Our brand new 4-star half-timbered holiday home is located in the historic Prinzenstraße. Rose bushes at the entrance, a short walk to the pedestrian zone and state-of-the-art comfort that meets the highest standards await holidaymakers in the "Rosenhaus".

The tastefully and harmoniously furnished holiday home (90 sqm living space, suitable for 2-4 pers.) convinces not only with its comprehensive furnishings, but also with an inviting, enclosed outdoor area. The approx. 150 sqm garden with a small lawn and a sunny south-facing terrace invites you to relax with garden furniture, sun loungers and parasols, as well as a barbecue. In addition, there is a car parking space 50 m away and bicycles or sports equipment can be safely stored in a garden shed
The modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and cooker with oven is wonderful for small or large dishes. The separate dining area with seating for 6, a view of the garden and access to the terrace is just as inviting to linger as the cosy living area with its snug seating set. A large flat-screen TV, DVD and a collection of books entertain the guest when the weather is not quite so good. The historic ceiling beams of this lavishly restored house, the many lovely little accessories and a crackling wood-burning stove put the guest in a feel-good atmosphere at all times of the year. The holiday home has two separate bedrooms on the upper floor. One is equipped with a double bed (2 single mattresses) and a cot. The other bedroom, in the romantic gable room with a view of the garden, has 2 single beds (90x200). The bathroom has a shower/WC, and there is a second guest WC on the ground floor.
The entire house has light-coloured laminate flooring, making it ideal for families with small children or guests with pets

A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request

The overnight price includes a linen set consisting of 1 x bed linen and 3 towels per person. Change of linen on request for a fee, non-smokers, pets for an extra charge, year-round rental. The house has free wifi.
