"ARIANNA" APARTMENT
2/5 seats surface 45sqm + veranda 20sqm
composed of a large kitchen / living room with a queen-size sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with sink / toilet / bidet / shower, exit to the veranda and access to the garden. It is equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, safe, air conditioning, LCD TV, heating.
FOR EXCLUSIVE USE: for the guests of Villa Borgo degli Ulivi, swimming pool-whirlpool-jacuzzi (located in front of the veranda), garden, washing machine and barbecue.
FOR NON-EXCLUSIVE USE: guests can also access the swimming pool (10x6 meters) and the park-garden of the Borgo degli Ulivi Residence

Located in a sunny position on the Riviera dei Limoni at the delta of the Toscolano stream, Toscolano Maderno tells visitors a long and eventful history. Holiday canceled due to Covid 19.
Dear Sir or Madam,
Due to the pandemic, we have decided against a vacation at Lake Garda, which was supposed to start in July. The contact with the Mase family was almost friendly, and we will try to enjoy our vacation in Italy next year. We received our refund without any problems!!! Regarding the facilities, location, etc., we cannot say anything, but what I can say is that the Mase family is warm and friendly, especially in times of Corona, when many only think of themselves. The travel date is not correct, but had to be selected.

Mosquitoes and construction sites
Unfortunately not a good choice. We had rented both apartments for a week with the entire family.
There awaited us 2 very loud construction sites and a mosquito plague. And as if that wasn't enough:
Some of us were badly tormented by flea bites, which seemed to have been waiting for victims in the bedding.
One person even had to see a doctor because of this.

Wir bedauern ihre Rezension.
Wie wir Ihnen schon vor Ort erklärt haben, kam der Lärm von einer Baustelle die nicht auf unseren Grundstück ist. Dieser Lärm war in den Tagen von Montag, Dienstag und Donnerstagmorgen. Die restliche Zeit haben Sie die Ruhe die uns Auszeichnet genießen können.
Die Gemeinde von Toscolano Maderno lässt Bauarbeiten ab 7.00 Uhr zu. Ab dieser Zeit kann der Lärm der andere Bewohner stören sollte nicht angehalten werden.
Schön wäre es zu wissen ob es in Deutschland anders gehandhabt wird. Vielleicht könnte man dann, diese der Gemeinde vorschlagen.
Sie haben für Ihre Beschwerden eine 35% Nachlass des gesamten Preis Ihres Aufenthalts bekommen.
Zweiter Punkt Ihrer Beschwerde waren die Mücken. Wir bedauern sehr, dass Ihre Frau das beliebte Opfer dieser Insekten war, doch sicherlich können Sie selbst verstehen, dass uns keine Schuld zugeschoben werden kann.
Weiterhin möchten wir mehr über Ihre Aussage, daß in den Bettbezügen Flöhen vorhanden waren wissen.
Als erstes möchten wir wissen wieso Sie nichts vor Ort gesagt haben. Sie hätten uns sofort drauf aufmerksam gemacht, falls es der Wirklichkeit entspricht, da wir noch nie eine solche Beschwerde gehabt haben! Wir hätten nämlich sofort das Appartement desinfizieren können, für Ihren und der der kommenden Gästen Wohlstand.
Es wäre hilfreich das ärztliche Attest zu bekommen sodaß die Wäscherei die wir benutzen auch miteingeschlossen wird um festzustellen ob Ihre Aussage der Wirklichkeit entspricht und eventuell weitere Schritte aufzunehmen.
Wir warten auf das ärztliche Attest und Ihre Meinung, die Sie uns gerne per Mail schicken können.

Pure relaxation
"For our family vacation, it was the right accommodation. The super beautiful garden immediately appealed to all of us. The villas are very nicely furnished, and there was enough space on the terrace for a lavish breakfast. The rooms offered sufficient space for our 10-member 'crew'. I can't say much about the service, as we were self-catering. The welcome was friendly, and the 'mom' was the contact person for any issues. Unfortunately, we couldn't see Lake Garda from the house, so we deducted 1 point. We would go on vacation there anytime again, it was very nice."

a super beautiful place to relax.
We were here on vacation at the beginning of June this year. And I am still totally in love. The apartment and the complex are very well maintained and super clean. Everyone was super nice to us. Always happy to come back. And I hope it works out again next year.
