Welcome to the Five Senses House – an exclusive Finnish Honka log villa (190 m² interior space) on a 4,800 m² private estate in Donje Orešje (Sveti Ivan Zelina), surrounded by untouched nature, vineyards, and forests of the Prigorje region. The house offers absolute privacy and space for up to 8 guests – ideal for a relaxing family holiday or a getaway with friends.
LIVING AREA & BEDROOMS (main house made of solid Finnish pine wood):
• Cozy living and dining room with a large traditional green tiled stove (Kaljeva peć), smart TV, and direct access to the covered terrace with views of the greenery.
• Fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, as well as all cooking and dining utensils).
• Bedroom 1: Comfortable king-size double bed (180 × 200 cm).
• Bedroom 2: Comfortable double bed (160 × 200 cm).
• Open gallery in the attic: Double bed (160 × 200 cm) + pull-out sofa as well as a cozy reading corner (up to 8 sleeping places in total in the house).
• Bathroom 1 in the main house with shower, WC, bidet, washbasin, hairdryer, and washing machine.
PRIVATE WELLNESS AREA (in the house):
• Combined Finnish sauna and infrared sauna.
• Hydromassage tub (indoor whirlpool) and small wood stove for a special feel-good atmosphere.
• Relaxation area with loungers as well as a second bathroom with shower and WC.
GAME ROOM & KONOBA (tavern by the pool):
• Separate game room with pool table and electronic dartboard.
• Traditional konoba right next to the pool with a large wooden table and built-in indoor grill (fireplace grill) for sociable evenings.
OUTDOOR AREA (4,800 m² private property):
• Heated infinity outdoor pool (open from 01.04. to 01.11.) with sun loungers, sun umbrellas, and magnificent panoramic views over the valley.
• Fire pit (Ognjište) outdoors under the starry sky.
• Spacious garden and orchard with children’s playground (swings, slide, climbing tower).
• Free private parking directly on the fenced property, fast Wi-Fi, and air conditioning throughout the house.
HOUSE RULES & BOOKING CONDITIONS:
• Check-in: from 2:00 p.m. | Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
• Minimum stay: 2 nights (Christmas: 3 nights).
• Deposit: 30% upon booking to confirm reservation, remaining amount before or upon arrival.
• Cancellation: Free up to 30 days before arrival; 30 to 7 days before arrival 50%; less than 7 days before arrival 100%.
• Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted in any indoor area.
• Bachelor/bachelorette parties and loud parties are not allowed (quiet gatherings up to a maximum of 8 people possible by prior arrangement).
