The villa is located entirely on the ground floor and offers 125 m2 of stylishly furnished living space on a 690 m2 private plot in the village of Naklice, surrounded by beautiful hilly countryside. A traditional restaurant is within easy walking distance (900 m), while the nearest mini-market is only 2 km away. The villa is also in close proximity to the pirate town of Omiš (7 km), the Cetina River, and the beautiful Adriatic Sea with its sandy and pebble beaches. The ideal location of this accommodation offers numerous leisure opportunities, which you can reach in just about 7 minutes by car. Visit the historic town of Omiš with its sights and excellent restaurants, relax on the sandy or pebble beaches, experience a rafting tour on the Cetina River, or enjoy the spectacular zipline course over the Cetina Gorge. The famous city of Split, over 1,700 years old, is also only 20 km away and can be reached in less than 30 minutes by car. Split impresses with its rich cultural heritage, numerous restaurants, interesting sights, and a vibrant atmosphere by day and night – a destination you should not miss.

Upon your arrival, you will receive a map from the host with information about local activities, recommended restaurants, suggestions for day trips, and other useful tips for your stay. Villa Three Olives offers a harmonious combination of comfort, functionality, and stylish ambiance. Below you will find a detailed description of the facilities and amenities available to you during your stay:

The outdoor area features a private swimming pool (6 m x 3.2 m) inviting you to a refreshing dip, as well as a gravel sun terrace with 6 sun loungers, a dining table, a grill (wood/charcoal), an outdoor shower, 3 sun umbrellas, and a children's corner with play tent and toys. The lounge area is located directly in front of the kitchen and is the perfect place for a morning coffee.

Inside, you enter through the main entrance into the air-conditioned, open-plan living and dining area (37 m2) with a fully equipped kitchen that has all the amenities a modern family needs, including an espresso machine, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and much more. There is also a dining table for 8 people, a sofa, and a flat-screen TV.

Bedroom No. 1 (12 m2) features a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), air conditioning, and French doors with direct access to the pool.

Bedroom No. 2 (10 m2) features a single bed (90 x 200 cm), a pull-out bed (85 x 190 cm), and air conditioning.

Bedroom No. 3 (9 m2) also features a single bed (90 x 200 cm), a pull-out bed (85 x 190 cm), and air conditioning.

The first family bathroom (5 m2) is equipped with a shower, a washbasin, and a toilet.

From the main entrance, you enter another living room (19 m2), which is equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, two sofas, and some board games for the whole family.

Right next to it is Bedroom No. 4 (9.5 m2) with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm).

The second family bathroom (5 m2) features a shower, a washbasin, a toilet, and a washing machine with dryer function. An iron and ironing accessories are also available.

There are 3 parking spaces on a private plot.

Alternatively, you can simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the village of Naklice and take in the view of the mountains and the natural surroundings from the pool area.
