Welcome to the Freetied holiday apartment in Norden-Norddeich – your perfect retreat for relaxing days on the North Sea! The 50 m² apartment offers space for up to three guests and features two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a pleasant living atmosphere.

The lovingly furnished Freetied holiday apartment has a lot to offer you. All rooms impress with generous space and, thanks to the large windows, provide a bright and friendly feel-good atmosphere.

In the modern kitchenette you will find a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine, so you can conveniently cater for yourself at any time. In the living room, a comfortable seating area invites you to linger, while the television and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment. Two 28-inch bicycles are available for free use to explore the surroundings. For families, a baby cot and high chair are available if needed. The bright, spacious bathroom has a window and offers a shower, a washing machine, and a hairdryer.

For a good start to your holiday, our linen package can be booked optionally. This consists of bed linen, towels, bath mat, kitchen set (dish towels, dishcloth, sponge, dish soap), and other small helpers. The beds are made upon arrival. A one-time rental fee of 22.00 EUR per person is charged for this. Please book this offer directly if required.

Enjoy sunny hours on the southwest terrace with comfortable seating and sun protection. A private parking space is available for your vehicle. Enjoy your holiday in a cozy atmosphere and with amenities that leave nothing to be desired.

Cancellation terms:

The tenant may withdraw from the rental agreement in writing; the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal is decisive. The flat-rate compensation claims are as follows: withdrawal up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price; withdrawal up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price; withdrawal from the 29th day before the start of the rental period: 95% of the rental price. If the landlord is able to rent out the property to someone else, the tenant shall pay a processing fee of €40.00.
