Here for you is our open space, located in the historic center of the city, on the ground floor with independent street entrance, it can accommodate up to 3 people, with a double sofa bed and a single armchair bed. Its location is truly privileged: a stone's throw from Termini Station, La Sapienza University, and the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, which houses the remains of our beloved Pope Francis, half an hour on foot from the center and well served by buses and metro, allowing you to explore the city with ease. In the surroundings, all within walking distance, you will find a wide selection of restaurants, pizzerias, bars, and bistros open even after dinner, frequented by students and residents, at fantastic prices with excellent Roman cuisine, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, and laundries, near the Policlinico Hospital with ER. By choosing our open space, you will have a cozy, modern, and comfortable retreat, from which you can easily explore every corner of this wonderful city, with its independent street entrance, easily accessible with just one step. In the evening, after visiting the city, you can enjoy our excellent local restaurants and bistros, all within walking distance in our historic San Lorenzo neighborhood, full of life and history! Maybe a bit noisy for some, but full of life, an attraction for Romans themselves, students, and foreigners given the quality and value for money of its dining options!

Please note that in Rome the Municipality requires a tourist tax, currently €6 per person, which must be paid in cash at check-in or by bank transfer before arrival in case of self check-in. It is mandatory to show identity documents at check-in, for guest registration with the Police, or in case of self check-in they must be sent strictly either the day before or hours before your arrival, to allow us to send you the access code and check-in instructions and house directions before your arrival.
You will find in the house the tourist rental contract in duplicate to be signed.
