Welcome to the Uttied holiday apartment in Norden-Norddeich – your retreat for relaxing days on the North Sea coast! The apartment offers 40 m² of space for up to three guests and features one bedroom and one bathroom.

Enjoy relaxing hours in the cozy living area or end the day on your own spacious sun terrace with a view of the well-kept garden. For families, a baby bed and a high chair are available. The fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine leaves nothing to be desired.

For a good start to your holiday, our linen package can be booked optionally. This consists of bed linen, towels, bath mat, kitchen set (dish towels, dishcloth, sponge, dish soap), and other small helpers. The beds are made upon arrival. A one-time rental fee of 22.00 EUR per person is charged for this. Please book this offer directly if required.

For relaxed excursions, 2 x 28-inch bicycles are available free of charge, allowing you to explore the surroundings. A private parking space directly at the house ensures comfort from the moment you arrive. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. An iron and a hairdryer are provided for additional comfort. The apartment is strictly non-smoking; smoking inside the apartment is not permitted.

The holiday apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Within a few minutes’ walk you can reach the beach and a variety of restaurants and shops. The bakery for fresh rolls in the morning is just around the corner. Tip: Our two apartments Uttied and Freia are located in the same house. This makes them ideal for a joint holiday with family or friends.

Cancellation terms:

The tenant may withdraw from the rental agreement in writing; the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal is decisive. The flat-rate compensation claims are as follows: withdrawal up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price; withdrawal up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price; withdrawal from the 29th day before the start of the rental period: 95% of the rental price. If the landlord is able to rent out the property to someone else, the tenant shall pay a processing fee of €40.00.
