If you are looking for a quiet area where you can relax and have maximum fun and want to avoid the most chaotic and lively tourist spots, Villaggio delle Mimose is the ideal choice. Located at the foot of the Sette Fratelli Mountains, within a protected natural area, it offers a serene environment surrounded by greenery, where even the house becomes an integral part of the holiday, and not just a simple dormitory.
In fact, in this villa it is impossible to get bored: it features a large 15-meter pool, an outdoor heated jacuzzi pool for 7 people, as well as entertainment spaces such as ping-pong, table football, and soon also a billiard table.

the village is in a strategic position, halfway between the east and west coasts of Sardinia. The nearest beaches can be reached in about 15 minutes, both towards Quartu Sant’Elena and towards Cagliari, with the beautiful Poetto beach. Furthermore, it is about 30 minutes from Villasimius, one of the most renowned seaside destinations on the island.
The property consists of the villa and a garden of about 2000 sqm.
The Villa is structured on two floors for a total of 160 sqm:
– Ground floor
there is a main entrance and one at the back connecting to the large veranda; a living room with a large sofa, TV and dining room for up to 13 people; a large kitchen equipped with all comforts (dishwasher, oven, large fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, combined gas and induction hob, pod coffee machine); a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower; a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed.
– Upper floor
2 connecting bedrooms (1 double bedroom and 1 smaller bedroom with two single beds)

a second bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and bidet; a third bathroom with toilet, sink and laundry area with washing machine and dryer.

The Pools and the Garden
In the large garden the guest has at their disposal 2 Pools:
– A very large pool (15 meters x 7 meters) with diving board and a depth from 1.20 meters to 2.10 meters with a relaxation area, loungers, bar counter with fridge and gazebo,
– Large heated hydromassage Jacuzzi for 7 people, designed to offer moments of pure relaxation in an intimate and private environment, with evocative light effects thanks to chromotherapy and an emotional waterfall designed to stimulate the senses. The area is completed by an elegant and comfortable lounge, all within a covered and meticulously cared-for environment, ideal for regenerating in every season. The spa area can also be used in the winter months because the gazebo will be closed and heated
The 2000 sqm garden offers plenty of space with two barbecue areas and two gazebos, ping-pong and table football. In the garden there are also two showers with hot and cold water. The entire area is surrounded by large firs, pines, and eucalyptus trees that provide natural shade during certain hours of the day, creating a cool and pleasant environment even on the hottest days.
Every morning at 07:00 the pools will be cleaned in complete silence (included in the price).
7-seater car
If you need a 7-seater car and don’t want to spend a lot of money on rental or maybe wait in line for hours at the airport, we have a Ford S Max comfortable for 5 adults and 2 children. 28 euros per day
The Location
The location of the house is very strategic because it is halfway between the beaches of East Sardinia (Villasimius) and West Sardinia (Chia).
