Guidelines

Advice by the landlord

Cancellation terms:

Here is the translation to English: The parties may declare their withdrawal from the contract by registered letter, which must be received no later than the 42nd day before the start of the rental period, without any rights being derived from this (except for the deposit of 10%, which is to be paid upon booking). In the case of cancellation by registered letter from the 41st day up to 10 days before the start of the rental period, 60% of the rental price must be paid – after that, the full rental price is due. We therefore recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. c) In the event of early departure or termination of the contractual relationship, the tenant is not entitled to any reimbursement.
