Villa Mandelina
Stylishly renovated by the owners the villa has fabulous views and is a perfect place to stay for families and groups of friends.
Close to 6 beaches , shops and restaurants Villa Mandelina offers room for everyone with spacious bedrooms and living areas. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for big cook ups ! Outside it is fully fenced and safe for children with a private pool , sunbeds , table tennis and darts. Parking for 5 cars ( a car is recommended )

The space
Villa Mandelina has been carefully renovated from a traditional farmhouse by Hugh Chapman and his team of craftsmen. It offers large well designed rooms over 3 floors with ample room for large parties.
The bedrooms are all ensuite ( one dedicated bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom ) and the rooms are furnished with everything you need to be comfortable during your stay.The 3rd floor bedrooms have great sea views. Up to 2 cots provided FOC.
The living floor with fabulous views over Boka Bay and Tivat has a huge properly equipped kitchen with lots of crockery , dishes etc. A long dining table seats everyone looking out over the bay and Lovcen mountain. Adjacent to the dining room is a covered outdoor terrace with comfy seating. If you want to eat outside there is a long table/ fridge/mini kitchen/large charcoal BBQ under the arched shaded terrace by the pool. High chair provided.

The private pool has 12 sunloungers , plenty of comfortable chairs, BBQ , summer kitchen, fridge, cloakroom and a large table and chairs for al fresco dining. It is a sun trap with all day sun and plenty of shaded areas. Table tennis table and darts board.

Location and surroundings of object

Villa Mandelina is in a small village with a mix of locals and holiday homes. It is just a 5 minute drive to the shops and beaches with larger stores being 10 minutes away. Walking to the shops takes 20 minutes and a car is recommended. It is in a peaceful location on a small road with very little traffic.
The views from the villa are lovely with a 2 way view of the Boka Bay and the Adriatic.
It is close to Tivat and Kotor and just 10 minutes from the fantastic Lovcen Cable car.

Hugh will meet you on arrival and show you round the villa. 1 euro per person per night tourist tax is payable ( children free) yu have to pay this in cash euro and he will handle the registration for you. He is also available during your stay on whattsapp if you need any assistance.
