In the quiet surroundings of Vižinada lies Villa Arman – the perfect place to escape everyday life and enjoy peace, nature, and the beautiful view of the Istrian vineyards. The modern and stylishly furnished villa accommodates up to 8 people and is ideal for families and friends seeking privacy, comfort, and a relaxed atmosphere.
The spacious outdoor area invites you to enjoy your time outside. Here you will find a private pool, a jacuzzi, and a large sun terrace with a view of the greenery. On the covered terrace, you can dine together in comfort and use the grill. For some variety and fun, bicycles, a table tennis table, and a badminton set are available.
Inside, you will also find a beautiful combination of modern comfort and a cozy atmosphere. On the ground floor, there is a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen and an open dining area. There is also a comfortable bedroom with its own bathroom. The beds can be arranged as a large double bed if desired. An additional guest WC is also available.
Upstairs, there are three more stylish bedrooms. Each room has a double bed and its own bathroom. All rooms in the villa are air-conditioned and equipped with a television, so you can feel completely comfortable throughout your stay.
A special highlight is the lovingly assembled wine display with a selection of high-quality local and Istrian wines. A price list is also available, so you can enjoy your favorite wines in the comfort of the villa.
For our guests, there are also three private parking spaces and a charging station for electric vehicles.
