Welcome to your cozy holiday retreat! Here, you can settle in, leave everyday life behind and fully enjoy your time away. A private parking space directly in front of the house ensures a convenient arrival. On the furnished balcony, you can soak up the sun, enjoy the fresh air or end the day in a relaxed atmosphere with family and friends. Four garden chairs are available for you.

Inside, you can expect high-quality and comfortable furnishings. The fully equipped fitted kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals. It includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. In the adjoining dining and living area, you can enjoy meals together, play games or simply relax. Make yourself comfortable on the cozy corner sofa or in the armchair and enjoy a relaxing evening in front of the TV. You also have direct access to the balcony from here.

Two bedrooms are available for restful nights. The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed with high-quality comfort mattresses and a continuous topper, providing an especially comfortable sleeping experience. Two bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe offer plenty of storage for your personal belongings. The second bedroom is furnished with a single bed and a double bed, making it ideal for families or friends. A small wardrobe and a side table complete the room.

The apartment was completely fitted with high-quality parquet flooring in 2022, creating a modern and pleasant atmosphere. The bathroom was also renovated in 2022 and offers modern comfort. In addition to a bathtub, there is a separate shower. A hairdryer and a practical heated towel rail provide additional comfort.

Even during longer stays, you won't have to compromise on convenience. A washing machine and clothes drying rack are available in the utility room, allowing you to easily wash and dry your clothes during your stay.

Your four-legged friend is welcome to join you on holiday too! Dogs are welcome in the apartment, provided they are registered at the time of booking.
