It was renovated in 2026 to ensure a modern and comfortable living experience. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary everyday utensils.
It is part of a residential complex featuring a large, enclosed communal terrace, allowing residents to easily step outside. It includes a private barbecue area and offers free parking both in front of and around the complex.
It is located just steps away from the town's main shops and services (a 3 minute walk to cafés, restaurants, a pharmacy, a supermarket, an ATM, a bookstore, among others).
Suitable for long-term stays (between October and May) at special rates.
During the period from June to September, check-in and check-out days are Saturdays only
