The holiday apartment "Über Emma" in Dreiseithof Nieby invites couples or small families of up to 4 people to relax. Accompanied by the most modern design, original accents such as the original support beams up to the gallery delight. Whether relaxing on the sofa or at the spacious dining table, the view of the Baltic Sea in front of Sonderborg can be enjoyed from almost everywhere.

The apartment is located in our converted barn above the authentic Loh, which forms the entrance area with its atmospheric originality. The special feature is the contrast between the modern, harmonious furnishings and the charm of the originally preserved Dreiseithof from 1850.

At Dreiseithof Nieby you can relax in many ways, both actively and passively, in the open air.
The 30,000 sqm property with its own beach access offers areas to rest, such as hammocks in cherry trees with a sea view or an approx. 800 m long circular path along the edge of the property. 2 small natural ponds invite you to linger or picnic. A sauna wagon with a wood stove also offers a relaxing view of the Baltic Sea. Or you can watch the little ones playing in the large sandbox as well as swinging and sliding.

Not only the little ones can be active on the football field or exploring the natural grounds. For the older ones, there is also a beach volleyball court, which can also be used for badminton or speedminton, and a boules court – both with a sea view – offering the chance to let off steam. Horse lovers will also find the riding paradise Lindenhof within walking distance or can go for free rides in Westerholm.

And if, after so much activity, you want to cool off, you can swim in the Baltic Sea at the end of the property via the private beach access – for children, the water is pleasantly shallow.

As a family – Anja Neubauer and Karsten Ramm with Eva and Maria – we have come to personally appreciate the region of Angeln with the nearby Baltic Sea and the beautiful landscape, whether on foot or by bicycle, since 2001. We have spent many vacations and almost every weekend there. In Nieby/Neukirchen, we discovered the idyllic three-sided farm and fell in love with the building as well as the Baltic Sea property at the very first viewing. During the renovation and landscaping, we created a little idyll for you, which we ourselves love. We were able to try out the details of the design ourselves during the construction phase and continually enhance them. As a family, we will continue to further develop the three-sided farm with its many possibilities in the future. Most of the time, we are close by on the “Angelner Riviera,” as we like to call the area, to help you. We are happy to send you, as our guests, many tips from our own experience.
