The Villa Harmonie has a total of 8 apartments/holiday flats ranging from 33-78 sqm.
The well-equipped holiday flat “Jasmin” with 64 sqm of floor space is located on the top floor of the house and is furnished with a large TV, kitchen with dishwasher and mini-oven, 2 bedrooms, a hallway, and a small daylight bathroom (accessible via the apartment hallway). All in all, a spacious holiday flat that can accommodate 1 to 4 people as needed. There is also a fixed baby bed and a high chair in the apartment.
The beds (180x200cm) are made up for your arrival and towels are, of course, provided in sufficient quantity. Sauna, whirlpool, extensive holiday reading, and a playroom for the little guests are located on the top floor, opposite the Jasmin apartment.
The large terrace directly in front of the house is accessible through the main entrance. Equipped with garden furniture, it is intended for all guests and is a non-smoking area. A separate smoking corner is located on the right side of the house.
Further amenities include TV, Wi-Fi, hairdryer. The apartment is strictly non-smoking and offers an allergy-friendly environment. Thanks to the thoughtful furnishings and the possibility of long-term rental, Villa Harmonie FeWo Jasmin is suitable for both a relaxing short break and longer stays. Here you will find the perfect balance between comfort, relaxation, and Nordic joie de vivre.
If you ever need to do laundry, just let me know—I can fit it in between my regular house laundry. An ironing board and iron can be found in the lower house hallway.

Villa Harmonie is located right in the old town center, in the city center.
It takes about 10 minutes to walk both to the main bathing beach and to Gezeitenland.
The bike rental is just around the corner, the bakery as well, the first restaurant is right across the street, and the hospital is only 2 streets away in case of emergency.

I am Yvonne Ohlsen, born in 1971 on Borkum and the daughter of the owner of Villa Harmonie. After 9 years on the mainland, the opportunity arose to lease the Villa from my mother. Just at the right time, as I was looking for a new direction both professionally and privately. Since 2018, I have been running Villa Harmonie, just as my mother did before me, with a lot of passion, joy, and initiative for my guests.
