The Residenza Sant'Anna del Volterraio covers a large area of 3 hectares, offering pleasant walks among olive trees, holm oaks, and oleanders. It comprises apartments of varying sizes, harmoniously integrated into the Mediterranean scrubland, and boasts impressive views of Volterraio Castle. At the heart of the park, you'll find a swimming pool for adults and children, a spa, sauna, showers, changing rooms, tennis courts, a bar, and the restaurant "Il Giardino degli Aranci" (The Orange Garden), surrounded by lemon, pomegranate, and orange trees.

I LECCI APARTMENT (Third Level)
A four-room apartment on the third floor with a private entrance via the veranda. It features a living room with a kitchenette and sofa, a twin bedroom, a triple bedroom with bunk beds, and a twin bedroom. There are two bathrooms with showers. A garden with a dining table and garden furniture is also available.
