This apartment consists of kitchen (with sofa bed), bathroom, two double bedrooms. The apartment is equipped with washing machine, hairdryer, detergents, equipped kitchen, air-conditioned rooms, coffee machine, TV, bed linen kit, towel kit, beach umbrella, etc.
The outdoor area features a veranda with table, chairs, loungers, barbecue area equipped with sink.

The pool is equipped with a salt system and loungers, for the exclusive use of guests 24/7.

We are close to Pozzallo, Modica, Noto, Avola, Marzamemi, Portopalo di Capo Passero, Ortigia, Siracusa and a few kilometers from the beaches of Cirica, Granelli, Vendicari, San Lorenzo, Calamosche.
